A Captivating Retreat in the Heart of the Poconos - Villa Juana!

My party of ten, consisting of six adults and four children, recently spent an incredible week at Villa Juana nestled in the gorgeous Pocono Mountains. From the moment we pulled into the drive, it was apparent that Villa Juana was more than just a vacation rental - it was a luxurious home away from home. Everything about the house met or surpassed our expectations, aligning perfectly with the descriptions and photos. The interior design of the house struck a delightful balance between rustic charm and contemporary comfort. The layout was perfect for our group, with ample space for both communal interactions and privacy, allowing for the adults to unwind while the children enjoyed their own play space. Villa Juana truly stood out in terms of amenities. The outdoor deck areas, hot tub and game room added to the overall enjoyment. One of our vacation highlights was the fantastic lake in the vicinity. It was a haven for outdoor fun. Our days were filled with sun-soaked afternoons of swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Villa Juana’s location was a perfect cherry on top. Nestled in a friendly, welcoming community, it is perfectly located in the Pocono area. It provided a tranquil environment for rest and relaxation, while still offering easy access to a range of local attractions and shops. In a nutshell, our stay at Villa Juana was an exceptional experience and a true jem in the Pocono area. We will definitely return next year for sure.

Nice little getaway 😊

This was a nice place to get away with family and friends..just the right amount of space for the ten of us….the beds were pretty comfy..we had a fun time playing pool…and even got to enjoy the hot tub!which was my favorite …I love all the personal little touches throughout the house that made it feel cozy and like home..there was plenty of pots pans dishes and utensils to enjoy our meals and most of all Juana our host was very helpful and quick to respond

Beautiful home

Great home, perfect size for a friends group of seven. Great decorations. Fully stocked kitchen items. Owner thoughtfully leaves welcome treats, basic seasonings, cotton pads/qtips. Juana even includes garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels which I've never seen before. I really appreciated Juana's responsiveness, she quickly remedied a small issue. The only negative was we had to bring our own towels/washcloths. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely Home, Great for a family getaway!

This home is advertised and pictured perfectly. So close to local Pocono attractions. Great deck for entertaining. The hot tub is #1!!! Only con was the dishwasher would not work. Tried 3 times and couldn’t get it going.

A place like your own

This was one of the most amazing experience I’ve had living in a short term rental. We were looking for a tranquil and relaxing girl’s vacation and that is exactly what we got in the end. We were so comfortable in the house that going out to hikes and waterfalls actual took a back seat. We chilled , splashed in hot tub and used the back porch as a surprise dinner place and the top floor living room for movie night. It also feels safe because of the friendly neighbourhood , accessible to road and convenient because shopping complex is literally 5-7 min away. Most of all Juana, Vrbo and Evolve provided us with all details and Juana was available at a moment’s notice for any query and communication.

A short vacation

Amazing house, super clean, cozy and spacious room. Easy check-in and host is responsive, she even let us check-in early, that"s great. The house has everything, fit our group comfortably. Exactly what I was looking for.

I did a research about places in this area and this house had everything I need it. We went to celebrate a bday getaway and we where 8 people. The fact that there is room is the first floor and more in second was a must. Everything was clean and up to date. Temperature in the house was perfect. The bbq was great and the Hot tub was amazing. Walmart is near by and we got all the food we need it there. Owner is very responsible when we call. Tv is huge Bathroom clean Kitchen up to date Hot tub amazing and clean Accesible to many fun things. Washer and dryer Lots of utensils to use! We dance we where loud and it was great. No neighbor too close and that give us the privacy we wanted. Definitely coming back for our next trip in that area. 100% recommended.

Simply Perfect!

We booked this house for our family vacation of three families including six children. We cannot say enough about how great this house was for all of us! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for the weekend... plus more. The ample living space was wonderful for the adults and the children. There was plenty of space for everyone to lounge around cozy by the fire and enjoy the time in the house. There was tons of space to sleep, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. Juana the host was wonderful and so attentive to all our needs. This house was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, comfortable, roomy and priced right! We cannot wait to return!!

Poconos getaway

We rented this lovely home as a group of 8 for a quick getaway and to go snow tubing. Camelback was 20 mins away from the house and there were several stores and restaurants close to the house as well! The house was pretty clean and the kitchen is pretty updated. The only con was the maintenance of the property which could use some work. The driveway was very icy, the upstairs stair rails were not sturdy and the foos ball table was very shaky and no balls to play the game or table tennis. We went out to Walmart to purchase our own ball. Other than that, a pretty good stay for a short period.

Staff Retreat

We stayed here for one of our annual staff retreats and the house was very spacious and decorated well. It was a bit much in the woods for us city folk but a nice isolated place with neighbors nearby. The house has nice fixtures and designs. My staff and I LOVED it!

Bit of a disappointment

The house was not clean when we arrived. Fridge had leftover food inside, coffee machine was filled with leftover coffee, bathrooms needed to be scrubbed. The windows and doors did not have screens which let in lots of bugs. The location was not in a gated community and was located on a busy street. The bedrooms were spacious but the kitchen dining area was tight. The outside deck was nice and we spent most of our time out there.

The house is is good, but the cleanliness is not very good, dirty baseboards, closets doors, cobwebs, spiders and cockroaches are everywhere. And also did not provide a public pool, there was no hairdryer, washing machine and drying, as was written in the description.

Unbelievably Amazing!

This place is wonderful! It was the perfect space for me to meditate and find some peace of mind for a few days. It’s been a hectic past few weeks at work and the time the girls and I spent here for a mini getaway was just what we needed. Not only was the space was clean, quiet, and serene, but there were so many things to do not too far away. My favorite thing was being able to sit by the fireplace after we went wine tasting. We will definitely be booking again in the near future!

Had a large family group, plenty of room for everyone. Near plenty of attractions (Casino, Wine tasting, etc.). Outside fire pit, pong table, bbq, foosball all added to the overall enjoyment. House was maintained and clean. Host was very accommodating and pleasing, would recommend.

Beautiful house

Great house , no ac which was horrible the first night since it was humid out, the cooler nights it felt better but we had to keep all windows in go get a breeze. The house smelled like mold, looked a little moldy at points of the house .
