this house has a lot of greats: size, cleanliness, response time & help from owner. in a VERY upscale neighborhood. best part was the pool - most described as magical! thought uber $ might be high to DT but on saturday night (labor day + ut football game) going to dinner @ prime time was $37 & back @ 1:20 am only $13. be sure to ask what size beds if sharing as have a combo of K, Qu & doubles (+crib). plenty of room for blowup mattress if people don't want to share. we had issue with A/C in pool house- think due to their pre-program to flip back to high every day- but with all our coming & going i did not call about it so it may have been an easy fix. just be sure to ask in advance how to cancel their programming. while the house & grounds are large the neighbors are very close so you cannot plan on being outside @night with a big group. there were a few that used the hottub late but they were sure to be quiet. my daughter is trying to come up with another reason to rent in the future - everybody loved the property. only complaint i got was there were no wine glasses - if the owners added that then you've got perfection!
