Lovely beach house with everything you need!
Master bedroom with King size bed and walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom with Queen bed and additional 3rd and 4th bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Bedlinen is included but towels are not.
Large open plan modern kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Dining area which seats 8 and comfortable lounge area with TV and air conditioning for summer and open fire place for cosy winter nights.
Large private outdoor deck which is fully enclosed and safe for toddlers with outdoor dining table and BBQ .
Brand new luxurious private outdoor shower with both internal and external access.
A table tennis table is undercover and there are plenty of board games as well as NBN internet with unlimited Wifi.
A 500m walk to the front beach which is safe and perfect for children. Walk to Blairgowrie shops for your coffee or ride along the bike track to explore.

Fabulous space

We loved our time here. The house was very comfy, clean and well resourced. The outdoor bathroom is an absolute stunner. Walking distance to the front beach was easy and the location was perfect because it has limited traffic around it. Great place.

Relaxing Beach House

Sun filled relaxing Beach House. Perfect location to the beach. Lovely quiet street. The outdoor shower was a big hit. Very well equipped and comfortable house

Wonderful beach house

We loved the light filled living area, the master bedroom, the two bathrooms and the outdoor area for the kids to play. The outdoor shower was also enjoyed by all. Great for two families to share because there is lots of space. Host very contactable and easy to deal with. House 5 min walk to close by beach which we loved!

Family Getaway

The property was just lovely. 4 bedrooms and bed configuration is a great set up. The large central couch is comfy and perfect for hanging around. Kitchen has everything you wish and the huge coffee machine was a bonus! Waking up to a run along the beach was perfect. Lovely stay overall.

Top spot

My husband and I shared a wonderful weekend with our 2 adults sons and fiancée. Katriona’s house was great and in such a good location for walks, golf, springs and wineries. Never a dull moment whatever the weather threw at us.

Wonderful Stay

The property exceeded expectations! We had a group of 6 people so the rooms and bed configuration was perfect for us. The place is very welcoming and we had a great stay. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach, which was a real highlight given the amazing weather. Would highly recommend.

Homely Beach Getaway

This home is the perfect combination of cosy and quiet whilst still only a short walk to the beach and shops. Everything was perfectly clean and the outdoor shower is a delight. Plenty of space inside with everything you need for a getaway. Will be returning!

Lovely property in great location

Beautiful, very well appointed property in a great location. Our group had a wonderful time eating at the nice big kitchen table, chatting on the comfy couches around the fire and slept so well in very comfortable beds. A great place to stay

Cosy weekend away

We had the best Easter getaway staying at this beautiful and cosy home. Katriona was easily contactable and responded extremely fast to any query. The house itself was great considering the rainy weather we had for the majority of the weekend. The fireplace was perfect and we all spent so much time cuddled up on the amazingly comfy couch. Would happily stay at this house again and again.

Comfortable cared for family holiday home

We had a lovely time and would stay again. The house felt like a well loved family home. It was a great location with a easy 5-6min stroll to the water. The host was very accommodating

Lovely stay

Lovely property close to the beach, with ample room and well equipped. Netflix and the deck were great, The table tennis and outdoor showers were hits with the kids.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The house is set up well and easily handled 8 adults and teenagers. Courtyard is a great space as well as the outdoor shower. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location is good - a short walk to the beach and close to the Rye shopping strip but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy & clear communication with Katrina. Would highly recommend staying.

A great beachy holiday house
