Great Stay at RiverSong!!

Fabulous river front home!

This house right on the river is beautiful and takes advantage of the setting with loads of windows and multiple seating locations outside including one at river level. The downstairs has a large en suite bedroom, sitting area and TV, and outside door and deck. Ground level has one queen room with bath next to it and two separate shared sitting areas. Perfect for two couples who like some privacy. Upstairs are twin beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill worked great. This is a clean, well appointed home in a great location and I hope to come back again.

Great Stay

We had such a great stay at Riversong. The cabin in beautiful and has everything you might need during your stay. Being right by the river was amazing. This was our favorite rental by far. The house was clean and inviting. You feel like your secluded even though your just a short drive from town. There is so much to do nearby. We can't wait to stay again. We already want to start planning our next stay.

Fantastic home right on the river!

We had a lovely stay and it ranked as one of our favorite family vacations ever! One of the best VRBO vacation homes in which we've stayed. The river literally all you hear in this home and on any of the 4 decks. The home has 3 bedrooms, each on a different floor. Plent of space to gather together or find your own reading nook. The owners are very attentive and responsive. Plenty of outdoor activity in the area. Nice variety of restaurants in downtown.

Better than Expected

From the moment you open the door to the very last step down to the river this place sings to you. Nice touches everywhere and meticulously maintained. There are numerous places to sit and enjoy a quiet spot even if there are numerous people in the home. The breezes are everywhere keeping this place nice and cool and the river is heard everywhere for enjoyment.

Restore and reconnect

This property was absolutely complete. View, space, floor plan, FULLY equipped kitchen. It lacked nothing, making our time there absolutely comfortable and pleasant. Looking forward to returning.

Just Perfect

I stayed here over a weekend with my family to snowmobile Cottonwood Pass. This place was far beyond our expectations. The backyard is literally the Arkansas River; and the property has plenty of outdoor decking and landscape features to take it all in. The inside is very spacious, and has all the cookware you need to whip up some great meals. We didn't want to leave!

Fantastic! Truly 5-star!

Maybe the best overall property we have rented in our many years of travel. Very comfortable and well-appointed. There are so many cozy seating areas with different views and feels, both inside and out. I counted 32 different chairs/stools just OUTSIDE! :) The bed was comfy, linens top-notch, and the kitchen had many of the extras that make cooking in a unknown kitchen much easier. The river access is great and we did catch some fish. 5 minutes from downtown BV for easy shopping and dining. Loved the views of the mountains, the nearby rock formations, the Arkansas river, fall foliage and the night sky (we enjoyed the Orionids early one morning). Great communication prior to, during and after the stay. Easy property access. We fully recommend!

Amazing place! Little piece of heaven!

Even better in person!

As great as the photos look, this place is even better in person. Several choices of comfy gathering areas both indoors and out allowed both group chatting and quiet solitude no matter what the weather. The kitchen is well stocked, and arranged to make group meal prep easy. Our only wish is that it slept a few more people. If so we would hold our reunion here every year!

Beautiful view

Overall the house is great. Even though it will show on the map as being close to a street it feels surprisingly quiet and remote. It's located right above the river and has a massive deck with fantastic views of the river and mountains. The kitchen has everything you need, and the two rooms are very comfortable. The listing says 1 mile to shops and that is technically true but it's not a pedestrian mile, you definitely would be better off driving to town from this place.

Exceptional river-front getaway!

RiverSong was a perfect property and location for a late-spring weekend getaway. Situated right above the Arkansas River, there were so many areas to explore. We loved the multi-level deck overlooking the river and the pathway down to the water's edge. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunshine and listening to the water was very relaxing. Indoors, the house was very well appointed. We loved the different seating areas, plenty of spaces to find a quiet reading spot. The kitchen was one of the best we've experienced through Vrbo. We only used it in the mornings as we were out and about for lunches and dinners. But the high-end appliances and gourmet cookware would provide everything a home chef would need to fix some fabulous meals. Being right on the river, we could leave the bedroom window slightly open at night and fall asleep to the rush of water. The bed and linens were very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. We've already started discussing plans to return to Riversong with our friends perhaps for a leaf-peeping weekend in the fall. Wonderful property!

Amazing Home!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this property was the best! The location was amazing, the river was beautiful, the home was stocked with everything you needed (and then some), it is had so many sitting areas, all of the furniture and the lower Master bed were so comfortable and the proximity to the town was perfect. We stayed out back on the deck(s) in the evenings and we recommend renting bikes at Black Burro Bikes, walk or ride the River Park and take a trip up to St. Elmo, so much fun, we wish we stayed longer!

A month in Riversong

We spent a spectacular month in Riversong. The house is absolutely beautiful, very comfortably furnished, and spotlessly clean. The huge, multilayered deck provides all kinds of places to sit out and enjoy the Colorado sun and the peaceful sound of the Arkansas River. Great rock formations just across the street, and a nice view of Mt. Princeton from the front yard. I've stayed in almost a dozen VRBOs in Colorado in the last five years, and this was hands down my favorite. Highly, highly recommended!

Perfect River Getaway

My friend and I had a great stay at RiverSong. The house was just as nice as it looked online and had every comfort and amenity we could want. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, we had a cozy fire, and really loved the views of the river. I would definitely stay here again.
