*** Spring 2021 brought new kitchen cabinets, appliances and a tile backsplash. Waterproof floors throughout and fresh area rugs go with the new leather couch and chairs. A new desk area allows for a little computer work, when necessary. ***

Winter shuttle service is scheduled 8am-6pm every 40 mins, call&ride service until 9pm!

Launch your mountain adventures from this great mountain townhome or just enjoy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the village, a short drive will have you at the ski area base in 5 minutes or less (1.6 miles). Ski, ice skate and snowshoe in the winter. Hike, road bike, and mountain bike in the summer. A short drive to Lake Dillon Marina (5.2 miles) offers sailing and other water activities. Groceries are available at City Market or Natural Foods Market in Dillon (5.2 miles) or at Keystone Grocery (0.6 miles).

Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed. An LEDTV/DVD unit in the second bedroom adds entertainment options. The main bath is steps down the hall.

The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal or to prepare some snacks. New appliances, quartz counters, and all the modern conveniences of home. A rustic dining table seats up to 6. An assortment of spices and staples make your shopping list shorter and a few days' worth of coffee is included.

Living Room has great natural light. The comfortable leather couch and chairs, cozy gas fireplace, and large screen TV will help you relax after a long day of fun in the mountains!

The patio has a grill, Adirondack chairs and views that include the Keystone golf course. Short walk to onsite hot tub. Hiking trails in the forest open space just behind the property beg to be explored in both the summer and winter.

In-unit washer and dryer make clean-up a breeze. Digital thermostats provide consistent heat. Bathrooms include gently heated floors.

In the Summer, we recommend checking in Thursday and checking out the Farmers' Market on Friday before enjoying a free concert at the Dillon Amphitheater!

Perfect Location

We skied Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. The place was perfect. It was fully stocked and very clean. The extreme cold prevented us from using the hot tub, but it was a short walk from the condo. Would definitely recommend this property.

Ski trip

Had a wonderful trip in a wonderful unit! Couldn't ask for anything more. The unit had a completely stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable living room area to relax after a hard day of skiing. Would highly recommend this unit and Ruth the host. She takes care of every little detail and then some. She was easy to reach and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit.

Fantastic condo!

Great mountain condo

Great location on the bus route, nicely updated interior, comfortable bed, host was great (she even got us a crockpot to use so we did not have to bring ours). Lots of little things were great- coffee for brewing, olive oil, spices, washer detergent. We stayed just under 2 weeks and would recommend this condo and host to anyone.

Great place to stay in Keystone

Was in town for work, so really only slept there, but would definitely recommend it. Plenty of space for a family or two couples. Clean. Very quiet. Easy to get to. Communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Antler Gulch Gem

Second time we've stayed here and will stay again. Great location between Dillon and the slopes at Keystone. Nice views of the mountains. Kitchen is stocked with everyting you need and comfortable, clean, updated condo. First floor Condo which makes unloading a breeze.

Wonderful Keystone Condo

This condo was beautiful and the perfect size and me and my 2 friends. We enjoyed the hot tub as well, located right across the parking lot from the front door. The closeness to Keystone and Breckenridge was very convenient and we even took a day trip to Vail (only 45 minutes). Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful stay

This townhouse is absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for 5 or 6 people. The home was clean and well stocked. It is in close proximity to several ski resorts. The bus stop is right out front. The beds were super comfy! Would definitely book here again. Thank you!

Perfect In all the ways

What can I say except the lovely Townhome is Perfect in all respects. Clean and Immaculately furnished. Super Comfortable, Well supplied , Great Location, easy access to all recreational activities and shopping facilities! Bonus is the Stunning Forest trails adjacent to the property.

About the host

Long-time residents of Colorado, John and Ruth both attended university in Boulder and met through friends after completing degrees in engineering and geology. Work keeps us in the Denver area much of the time, but retreating to the mountains is always appealing.

Why they chose this property

Skiing has been a major part of John's life and now plays a big role for all of us with both children taking ski lessons. We can ski all day or stop over for a few runs and still have time to do other activities. We enjoy the summer weather during hikes and biking around Summit County. Summer festivals, music at the Frisco amphitheater, and time with friends fill the days we spend in Keystone.

What makes this property unique
