We booked this house for its close location to SeaWorld. And it was only a 5 minute drive. The house was easy to check into and was quite large with plenty of room for the 7 of us that were staying. There were plenty of linens and pillows for everyone. We got to meet the manager/owner as we checked in and she was very nice and easy to talk to. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
Clean and roomy home close to Sea World. Perfect for our family of 6. Clean and well stocked. Nice to have a garage and washer. Lovely backyard. Wish there was a hot tub. Host answered our question promptly. Only issue was that the fireplace did not work and the fire alarm was beeping just needing batteries. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it
This was a very comfortable stay in a very comfortable and well appointed townhouse.
We were back in San Diego, where it all started for us 43 years ago. We had a wonderful time; remembered and enjoyed the convenience of Pt. Loma in a well located house.
House was clean, cute and perfect for our stay! They went above and beyond for my moms birthday, by giving us a bottle of champagne and some cheese and snacks!
We had an awesome time in San Diego! I loved how close this rental home to some of the main attractions. Super chill backyard and very clean! The only problem I kinda ran into was the upstairs bathroom with the confusing temperature knob but other than that everything was excellent!
The location of this house was great for the activities we had planned with our family. The house was adequate for what we needed. Kitchen was not well stocked with dishes; I wish I had brought paper products. We could hear the upstairs people pretty easily and outside noise as well.
The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.
We really loved the Christmas tree & decor, it was such a homey touch!
Location was not in a great part of town but thankfully we didn't have any safety issues. A nice upgrade would be fans for the bedrooms since the AC would not set below 72.
Overall it was a good house but top people were kind of loud that's the only problem. Never getting a dulex again. Nice beautiful home I can say definitely recommend! Especially for the price. Worth it, many amenities inside.
Good stay overall. Garage door opener was broken. Caused us extra effort to get it closed when we left property. Let manager know of this problem. Appreciate the beach chairs but the straps on both are broken. Makes it hard to carry.
I just can't say enough good about our stay at this property everything was spot on perfect. There is absolutely nothing that I would have changed to make our stay there any better. I would recommend this property to anyone that is planning a trip to the San Diego area. It was very clean, Stocked with all necessities that we may need. It's in a convenient location. Just an all-around good experience. I would just like to say thank you to the owners for letting us have the privilege of staying at their property I will definitely be returning.
Stayed for a tennis tournament near the Barnes Center. Super close to a strip mall that has food (Thai, Mexican, Brazilian), and grocery store. Walking distance from the place, less than a 5 minute flat walk. Very clean and appreciate the communication with the owner. Plenty of linens and extra bedding. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities, even some spices. Only drawback would be the close proximity to the on-ramp of the freeway. That can be loud in the morning but quieted down at night.
Would book again!!

Don’t expect to much
No remote that controls volume on tv, only king bed is sofa bed, coffee maker doesn’t use pods, beds are very soft and requirement to wash and put dishes away when leaving should note the dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes so just hand wash and save yourself time. Cleaner wasn’t done at 3 and owner wasn’t very responsive once we arrived. Bring your own salt and pepper no spices of any kind. Location was convenient.
This is a nice place. My biggest complaint would be about the front door code not working the 2nd half of the time we were there. I called the owner attempting to find out why / how we could reset it & didnt hear back.
The master bedroom shower liner was ripped upon arrival & there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that hadn't been run.
If you have a big truck, it wont fit in the garage as mine didn't.
Otherwise, nice property and location. Appreciated the clean place to relax and sleep.
This house was really all we could’ve asked for! Located close to everything and the interstate is right behind you but not loud enough to hear traffic. It was really clean and we had plenty of space for 4 people.
The only downside was how thin the walls were that separate you from your neighbors. We heard every footstep and bang coming from them but if you’re used to apartment living it probably won’t bother you. The other downside was the shower water. It seemed the only temperatures were super hot or super cold in both showers, nothing in between.
But I’d only take off half a star for those things as they were minor inconveniences. We really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again!

This is a great value. The property owner should make it clear whether the property address is A or B. This was very confusing. Also there is a black mold on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The mattresses seem old as they creaked every time we rolled over, waking us up. Not to say this is the owner's fault but hearing Happy Birthday from the floor above at 8 A.M. Is annoying.
Still, it is a very, very good value, considering the price of hotels in San Diego. If the renter remedies the above grievances, this rental would be 5 stars easily.
Yes definitely recommend this property for anybody who is looking for a place close to everything. We did have a little mixup when we arrived but the manager took care of us right away that was definitely a huge positive. Very clean and very roomy definitely had an amazing time.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come again. The price was very affordable and the owner was very reliable and easy to communicate with. Some things that can be improved: more towels, better bed linens.
