The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Presidents Day Ski to Sugar Mountain 2024

The property was beautiful with gorgeous views. One of the bedroom’s sheets and comforter were blood stained with several pieces of hair in the sheets. Dishes in the cabinet were not clean. Bedroom window was left open causing room to be very cold.

Beautiful views and spacious

Easy check-in and check-out. Very spacious for our group of 8 with plenty of room to hang out in common areas. Very clean and plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. Great host. Highly recommend

Great condo with amazing views!

Sunrises from the balcony were phenomenal! Main level entrance made it easy to get in and out. Ample parking right in front. Condo was really clean & spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Condo has an electric fireplace, and we were unable to use it for s’more. Owner has a small s’mores machine which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time here. Was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was excellent. Just down the road was access to the pool and clubhouse. The only thing to consider (which is no fault of the property or rental company) is that they are doing construction on the bridge to Boone. So if you will be traveling that way a lot, it will take some time.

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay at this condo at Echota on the Ridge surpassed our expectations. Check-in/out was super easy, the condo was beautiful, clean and had an AMAZING view. The condo had everything you needed and if you are a puzzle lover, you would be in heaven! So many puzzles to keep you busy! The outdoor pool area was gorgeous as well. We highly recommend this property!

Great location and amenities

Clean and well-stocked. Only problem was electric grill which was had had pizza cooked on it and was unusable, could not even get it to heat up. Grill was to be replaced but not done while we were there. Fireplace also could not start, but maintenance fixed this when requested.

Beautiful Home with a Big view

Our stay was wonderful! We had four adults and three children staying for the weekend. The rooms were beautiful, the living space was perfect for our group. The back patio view was incredibly beautiful! There was a sudden and unexpected snow while we were there and staff was extremely helpful in navigating the area.

Wonderful family memories

Our family loves staying at the Echotas and especially enjoy the gorgeous Mountain Views. The 3 bedrooms fits our family of five well. This particular condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Mountain Condo

This condo is everything you could want for a mountain getaway. The view from the deck was magnificent! The unit was updated and well decorated. It’s so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom! We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great place, beautiful view!
