Light and bright townhouse perfectly located just south of the CBD. Central to everything you could need! 1.2km to World’s Best Supermarket - Frewville Foodland, 1.2km to Hutt St eateries, 80m walk to bus taking you directly to the city and opposite direction to Flinders Hospital, 20m walk to Leicester pub who offer a full adults and kids menu with daily specials. Beach & Adelaide Hills 15-20 min drive, McLaren Vale 30 mins, Barossa 50 mins The House comes with all amenities, fully enclosed yard for security, off-street car parking, Wi-Fi and Heating & Cooling. Long term stays are welcome. A discount is automatically applied to bookings over 7 and 28 days. Any long term stays we welcome to negotiate a further discount.

We pride ourselves on vigilant cleaning and hygiene. To this point, we thoroughly wipe down all surfaces, handles and wash all fabrics where possible. We leave disinfectants and cleaners in the house for you to clean throughout your stay as you wish as well as ample hand soaps. We are sure our thorough level of cleaning will be up to your standards, however more than happy to discuss further and take any additional measures as required.

10 min South of the City

This 2 bedroom townhouse, in Parkside, was ideal for what we wanted. 20m and you're at the Duke of Leicester pub, 10min walk and you're at Jenny's Bakery. Add another couple of minutes and you've entered a different world of supermarkets at the Frewville Foodland. Magnificent! The accommodation was perfect. Very clean with everything you'd need - the outdoor entertaining area would be perfect in Summer - just needs a BBQ but other than that, a great little place in a great little spot. Our pooch enjoyed it too!

Perfect location, quiet neighbours, pet friendly,clean and well cared for property. Ellysia answered any queries immediately and allowed us to extend our stay twice. Would definitely stay there again. The staircase is not as challenging as it looks! Thanks for letting us stay.

Exceptional place to stay. The town house was stocked with more household items you could want. Great location , very clean and our 2 cavalier dogs were also catered for. One of the best places I've stayed

Very convenient location

Very tidy and clean townhouse located close to CBD in a quiet area. Pub almost across the road was handy for a very nice dinner one evening as we were too tired to go into the city. Ellysia was prompt in communicating all we needed to know and worked hard to allow us early check-in as our flight got us to Adelaide well before normal check in time. I would happily stay again.

Everything was really good. The person managing the property (or owner? I din’t Know), Ellysia, was incredibly responsive to all questions, and when I asked about a hair dryer and cork screw which were not in the house, they made an appearance in the letter box very soon thereafter. We had a great stay and will recommend the place to others. Good quality bathroom and beds as well. If I had to mentione something that was not completely perfect - it would have been really great to have a dishwasher, but everything else was really great. Lukas
