2 bedrooms and 2 baths, located in the popular Glen II area. This unit could not be easier to get into and out of with both a couple of steps with rails and a ramp as well. Inside the condo, you'll appreciate how lovely and welcoming the owner has made it. It's well equipped with everything you could need for a much-needed break. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. During warm months, go outside and enjoy the wonderful deck area. You'll have a view of the golf course and you're very likely to see some wildlife other than the golfers! Tennis, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and tubing are all just under 1/2 mile away.

Snow boarding with grandsons
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my grandson and his buddy (adoptive grandson now) to snow board at Sugar Mountain last weekend as a birthday gift. We had a great time. The Glen II Unit 59 was just what we needed. The unit was comfortable, clean, and importantly within 5 minutes walking distance of the ski lodge. We did a little cooking and the set up made that very easy. The living area was nice and cozy with a gas fireplace and TV. Just right for chilling between mountain activities. Bed rooms were comfortable too. Cody and Joan at Sugar Mountain rentals were professional and responsive to any help we might need, which wasn’t much. I’d stay there again happily.

Great Location and Beautiful Scenery

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for my family. The time we stayed was at the end of the season but that was great for us. Less traffic and No wait times on the slopes however it has some downfalls as well. Melted slopes and a lot of mud. However we overcame those obstacles and had a great time here. It is ground level entrance so no climbing up to get to your room after a full day of skiing. The sun was out the whole trip and the golf course was beautiful along with a lovely breeze on the back patio. So many bird feeders I known it has to be even more beautiful in Spring. This cozy location was spacious enough for our small family. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back in the future. The only reason I gave this review a 4 was because the kitchen needed an upgrade on some cooking utensils we were able to get by with what was provided but I have seen better at other places for easier cooking and serving.

Great Family Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Glen 59. While the condo is dated, everything is in great condition and it was very clean when we arrived. It was perfect for a quick ski and snowboard getaway with a full kitchen, great water pressure in the showers and two bedrooms. My only suggestion is to switch to a keypad instead of keys. It's much easier at check-in and check-out and would have saved us the time of driving back to the main road to turn in the key, then going back to up the Sugar Mountain lodge (only 10 minutes round trip, but a keypad would still be better).One note for future renters - the coffee maker was stored under the kitchen sink. A Keurig is out on the countertop.
