Our condo is located in a convenient central location CLOSE TO ALL but nestled in a quiet neighborhood where historic artist studios and art schools once existed. Enjoy the benefits of being close to the Commercial Street action (or a quick ride to the beaches) while still waking up to hearing the birds sing.

This spacious and bright first floor 1,100 square foot two-bedroom, one-bathroom rental is part of new three-unit condo association in the charming and historic Hamilton House, circa 1850. This is the quintessential cape cod rental.

What makes this property unique: new barrier-free bathroom, newly refinished wide pine flooring; open-concept living/dining area; new bathroom 2020 ; abundant natural light; two exclusive outdoor decks, outdoor yard with Picnic Table and Fire Pit, Gas Weber BBQ grill; in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace (seasonal Oct-April; duraflame logs only); original built-in bedroom cabinetry for easy access to your vacation wardrobe; preserved antique hardware; new heating and A/C systems in each bedroom and living area; brand new queen mattresses and bedding; 43' Smart HDTV, Cable, WiFi Internet, Bose Wave Music System with Bluetooth or cable inputs, Microwave, Drip Mr. Coffee Maker, Blender, Margaritaville Margarita Machine, Beach Towels, Cooler, Beach Chairs (4). Weekly rentals are from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday in high season. Flexibility other periods of time.

Lovely home w walking access to downtown

Big pet friendly place in Ptown

Love this place! Second time staying. The hosts are great, the location is very close to everything but still feels tranquil and secluded. The hosts are very responsive—when I couldn’t figure out the oven they answered my call immediately and helped me understand the issue and how to fix. If you know Ptown you know places typically run small. Not this place! Huge living area with roomy, full size bedrooms and queen beds. The AC also works great. 10/10 recommend!

A beautiful, charming, homey place in Ptown

This is a perfect two bedroom home tucked away on a quiet street on the east end of town. The bedrooms were quaint and comfortable and the bathroom is modern and efficient. Having laundry in-unit was a major plus. The hosts equipped us with everything we'd need for beach days and BBQs in the backyard. The location is a bit removed from the main drag of Commercial street (10-15 minute walk to Crown & Anchor, for example). The hosts were incredibly communicative, professional, and kind. 10 out of 10, and can't wait to come back again!

Ideal Ptown stay

This was our second year in a row staying at Hamilton House and it continues to be the best. We love the quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of everything Provincetown has to offer. Biking to the beach is easy from here. Our hosts are gracious and kind, and answered all questions we had. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Felt like home

The attention to detail is evident in the way the home was decorated and we had everything we needed. The owners were very thoughtful. The kitchen worked out for home made meals and the charming gathering areas were perfect for our group of 4. Location was excellent we enjoyed walking to busier parts of town but having the peace and quiet of the setting to unwind. Would love to come back again!

Snow away....

We had a wonderful time enjoying P-Town during the last snow storm. Walking to dinner in the fresh white blanket of snow then coming back to relax in a very comfortable and clean location. Matt provided great food recommendations : from Liz’s Cafe- Chicken and Waffles were “Perfect”! Or Mac’s $1 oyster happy hour. We really enjoyed the delightful location and amazing bathroom.

Fantastic Accommodations!

The condo has modern features (that bathroom!), yet retains the charm of a classic New England home. Generous amenities like two bicycles, an outdoor grill, two decks, plush beach towels, Kiehls products in bathroom, etc, etc. Location is perfect: close to all of the action, yet just removed enough from the noise. The fact that we could bring our two dogs along with us was such a terrific bonus. Communication from owners was prompt, clear, and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Fantastic Ptown rental!

Rare case where the place looked better in person! We loved the rental and the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend, and the included bikes were a nice bonus.

AMAZING STAY!

We have been to Provincetown as renters for over 10 years. This property is fantastic. The area is fabulous, on a dead end street so no traffic. The home is a treasure, bright, clean and has all of the amenities and space that you could possibly want. Two decks are so nice to have with front and back privacy and a great hammock. Parking availability besides the parking space provided is great for that second car if needed. No need to pay for a parking lot. It's a 2 short block walk down Pearl St to Commercial St, with easy access to everything. The owners were fantastic as well. Everything from booking to check in and check out was so simple. I highly recommend this stay for everyone, family or couples. Thanks Matt and Richard!
