It can accommodate for up to 9 guests and is positioned in a serene street that leads you to the jewel in the crown of Jervis Bay - Callala Beach in just 2 minutes - so near, the crashing waves on the beach will bring you a sense of calm as you lay in bed at night.

Callala Beach, being inside the bay, does not have big waves or nasty currents, making it ideal for children to frolic in. It is also easily one of the more charming beaches in the region. Aside from the beach, back at home you can fire up the BBQ in the weather proof pergola leading onto the garden, or on colder days, snuggle indoors with a coffee in hand and immerse yourself in one of the numerous movies or surf the net with our Free Telstra NBN WIFI. Living Room:
L shaped living area having oversized windows allowing oodles of natural light in. Features a split system air conditioner and a 50" Smart TV with a wide choice of movies on an external HD. WIFI internet to surf the net. Further, there is an assortment of board games. There is a comfy Hemnes day bed where you can chill or read a novel or enjoy some shut eye and recharge your energy.

ALL linen and towels are supplied based on the number of guests advised.

Bedroom 1:
Comfortable QUEEN bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided.
Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2:
Comfortable DOUBLE bed and has views of the huge grassed garden. Cupboard (drawers) for clothes. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided.

Bedroom 3:
TWO sets of bunk beds. Built-in wardrobe, pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided. Sleeps 4.

Port-a-cot (own linen) for 1 baby.

Kitchen:
Modern stone bench kitchen. Pod Coffee machine with choice of pods, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, and cooking utensils. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket located in Kitchen.

Dining:
Adjoins the kitchen, features a timber dining table with seating for 6. A second TV - a 32" TV is mounted on the wall in the dining area. A high chair for babies.

Main bathroom:

Double shower with toilet, vanity and round mirror. Designer black fittings and fixtures leaves this room oozing with class. and bath. Separate toilet adjacent to laundry to cater for the toilet rush of a morning.

Second bathroom:
*** CONSTRUCTED NEW in JUNE 2022 ***
Solo shower adjacent to laundry with completely sealed translucent white sliding door and internal ducted fan. Toilet and hand wash basin within laundry room.

Laundry:
Washing machine, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes & detergents.

Outside:
Huge covered outdoor pergola area and BeefEater 4 burner BBQ as well as a round Fire Pit.
Timber outdoor table with seating for 6.
Outdoor cold shower to wash your sandy toes and more.
Grassed backyard, Entirely fenced (please be informed that loop fence fronting the street is around 1.2m high therefore large dogs and dogs with the ability to jump must be continually monitored.

Parking: Capacity to park 3 cars on the property as well as a Caravan/boat/ jet ski.

• Maximum 9 guests with a maximum of 6 adults

• No groups of adults under 25 or parties allowed

• No smoking inside

• $300 security deposit payable on all stays without exception

• Dogs are allowed inside but NO dogs on the couch or the beds please. Please B.Y.O (bring your own) pet bedding & bowls.

Comfortable

Overall the house was tidy and comfortable. I wouldnt say its truly dog friendly as the fence at the front is shorter than advertised and has a large space underneath so its not suitable for small dogs or largish dogs who jump. Our dogs had to be supervised outside everytime. Rennovated bathroom and laundry were great, although no soap is provided in the laundry where there is the second toilet. Rooms were on the smaller side and beds were firm, but suitable enough for a shirt trip. Very close to a great beach that was perfectly suited for kids. Overall, a comfortable short stay, but I wouldnt go again with our dogs as they couldnt be left by themselves.

November @ Sandy Toes

A return visit to this property as I enjoyed it the first time I stayed a few years ago. Great location a street back from the beach. Being dog friendly for dogs of all sizes is a big plus as many places restrict to small dogs only. My goofy Labrador is a big boy but a lovely guest and it was great that he was welcome at this property. Bathrooms all renovated since I was here last time and having the second shower and toilet was really handy. Plenty of basic cookware, plates and cutlery etc. communication with owner was really straightforward with some tips about the area included in the welcome pack before we arrived. I had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Relaxing weekend away

Celebrated birthday with friends and fur kids. Great outdoor space to kick back and relax. Kitchen and bbq equipped to cook up a storm. Location allowed those that wanted to get moving to wander out and investigate, wet the toes and dogs to burn energy. Or quiet street to rest. Stayed outside of school holidays.

Brief weekend trip

This property was great for what we needed. Lots of space and the outdoor area was perfect following ocean swims. It’s a little dated but more than comfortable and a great location.

We had a wonderful week at the property with our family. 2 minute walk to the magnificent dog friendly beach. Great outdoor dining to enjoy the sea breeze each evening. A very comfortable home . Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely decorated home. Very clean and impressive utilities in kitchen.

Confused about what we could use/touch in house though as there was a note that guests have to replace products in the pantry. We didn't use bath/shower because not sure either if we were to expect to wash towels etc so showered elsewhere. Beautiful home but really felt moving in other people's home. Their clothes / undies etc were still in wardrobes so didn't use wardrobes either. Felt intrusive.

Great pet friendly property

The huge backyard was a massive win with our puppy. The house itself, albeit a bit old, was outfitted with everything we needed and had good wifi. Short walk to the beach, lovely neighbours. Would be happy to return with our pup again.

Perfect puppy holiday

This house is literally a five minute walk to the beach and provided the perfect puppy getaway, oh and great for the kids too! The beach is very pooch friendly which made for a lovely holiday. The neighbourhood is quiet. A little bit of a trek away from restaurants and cafes of husky but the calalla club is nice and handy. The house was well equipped and has most necessities. Peter provided great information and instructions. We would certainly consider staying here again if we were to have a quiet south coast getaway

We stayed at Sandy Toes for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and we especially enjoyed having an outdoor shower to use at the end of our visits to the beach. Peter was also great to deal with, very professional. We’ll definitely be back!

Beach Getaway

Whole family enjoyed the stay including the dog. Sandy toes lived up to its name with the white sands of Callala Beach being fantastic. Accommodation was bright, comfortable and well maintained, enjoyed the outdoor patio and BBQ. Dog had plenty of space to run around as well. Regards Mark M
