Great location - needs better cleaning
The area is fantastic, well kept neighborhood, close to the water/downtown, and quiet. The only issue was the house was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the sink when I first arrived, laundry thrown under the bed, and dust / dirt on floors and trim.
