It has a fenced yard for your dogs. 20lbs or under dog please ask 1st before u bring. I do charge the extra cleaning fee $100each pet. regardless of type of dog. I have people with allergies…screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a house and it is actually 4 bedrooms, 1440 square foot, with a living room and a granite countertops washer and dryer 2 queen size bed’s, 1-full, 4th BR we turned into a nursery has twin bed & crib..Its Half mile from goats on the roof off wears Valley Road… is up enough to have a nice view of the mountains with the feel of being secluded even though you are so close to town ..it is a shared driveway. It is very peaceful place to stay.There is an office space for those who need to do a little work while your here.. Please be aware that we are in the country and do have a well, that why the 6 people limit. The WELL…we do treat the water aswell…there are 5 steps to the porch. covered parking for 2 cars. paved road up to our driveway as well. address is sevierville put we are just a couple hundred feet from the pigeon forge line. There is a fire pit for your use..SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY!! Fee if Smoke inside my house….

Absolutely perfect!

Barbara's Place has it all! Lots of space (inside and out), abundant kitchen supplies, computer work area, nice sized bedrooms (and plenty of them) with generous closet space, fenced-in yard for our little dog, AND washer and dryer! There's no need to look any further! Book it and enjoy!

Just like home

We love Barb's place! This is our second time staying here. Already planning to return next Christmas! All the comforts of home, cozy, roomy, and all around wonderful atmosphere. Barb is awesome, and really puts time and effort into assuring her guest are comfortable. A bonus- just a short druve to main strip in Pigeon Forge, very convenient location, but also a private feel.

Barbara’s Place

We had a great time! The place was neat and clean! We enjoyed the stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. I am handicapped and the front stairs was a booger for us and my walker, but even with that, I definitely would come back again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home! Martha

Barbara’s Place

My husband, adult son, and I enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s place. There was plenty of room for a family bigger than ours. The home was clean and comfortable. The home is pet friendly and was a must for us because I don’t go unless it’s open for them. I had a health issue with one of our dogs, so I mainly stayed at the home, but there’s plenty of dvd’s, Netflix, and streaming available on all four TV’s. It’s peaceful and quiet and close to all attractions. Barbara, the host, is friendly and we enjoyed our time talking together. We plan to return in the future and we would recommend the home to everyone.

Pigeon Forge Accomodations

The house was very clean and spacious. Very nicely decorated and overall very comfortable. The only downfall was the queen bed in the middle sized (green) bedroom. The mattress had a bit of a crater in the middle. I could not find the TV remote for that same bedroom to turn up the volume so I could watch it. Also there was no outdoor trash can to put our trash in and I could not find large replacement trash bags. So we had to put our trash under the porch to try and his it from wildlife. Other than those three things, the accomodations were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Awesome stay!

Perfect for our family 4 and our dog. Clean and comfortable place. We had plenty of space for all or us to stretch out. Easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & National Park. Will definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

A Charming Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's Place so much! We were so comfortable there! The cottage was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was complete with everything needed to prepare meals to include an extended dining room with a large table for family gatherings. We had plenty of space to stretch out and relax after our long days in 'vacation-haven', haha! We have been hoping to find a house in the area to return to each time we visit and have indeed found it! Thank You Again Barbara! 🤗

Great place seems out In country but so close to town

This was a great place. So private and quiet seemed out in the country but only a few minutes to town and all access to entertainment. Clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet place

Wonderful get away. The house was so cute and charming. Located away and up high from all other houses. Great views and very peaceful. Everything you would need was in this house. Stocked well with kitchen utensils, etc. to prepare any meal. Loved the 3 bedrooms with TV's in all of them so we all could retreat to our own rooms at the end of a long exhausting day to watch whatever we chose to. Nice, clean and cozy. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you, Barbara for making our first visit to Pigeon Forge very relaxing and memorable.

We love Barbara’s Place! So cozy, comfortable and clean. Our fur babies enjoy the fenced in yard and the great quiet neighborhood for walking. Barbara is quick to respond and so welcoming. Perfect for Girls Trip

We loved Barbara’s Place. We were in town for my sons’ band trip. So we made it into a short girls trip. This was the perfect home for us. It is so cute and very convenient to the main attractions of Pigeon Forge. It also gave us some quietness for a relaxing rest day after traveling. We will definitely keep it on the list for a return trip in the future.

No water at property due to frozen pipes.

Not property owners fault but we had to go buy gallons of water to flush the toilet. Stayed 1 night but have been charged for 3 nights. Still do not have a credit on this and we purchased insurance. That is just wrong. Never going to use VRBO again. I should not have to pay for this.
