This third floor one bedroom, one bath condo has the "It Factor": bright white kitchen cabinets, diagonal bar with seating, well stocked kitchen with solid surface kitchen counter and lots of pot and pans, tiled bath walls, tiled floors throughout, and more. Condo unit has a king bed in bedroom and two twin sofa sleeper beds in living area; bedroom area can be closed with double doors. Our guests can expect the kitchen to be stocked for cooking; paper products, herbs and spices, oil and vinegars, paper products, all cleaning products, etc.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet has it all, hands down: affordable rates, private gulf beach lot and board walk, tropical pool area, two fishing piers on beautiful Little Lagoon (repairs from Hurricane Sally complete), boat launch into lagoon (dredging ongoing), lots of outdoor grills and tables. Did I mention tennis and pickle all courts, lighted for night play?

Quite and cozy

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful beach and bay views. The tropical pool area is lovely as well. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

College Graduation Trip

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We like that it isn't a super tall high-rise. There was hardly a wait for the elevator at any given time. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the Gulf. The pier on Little Lagoon was perfect for watching the sunset! The complex felt safe and there was a security officer on duty. Easy safe walk across the street to the beach access. Friendly front desk staff, too.

Summer Vacation

312A was the perfect choice for our vacation in Gulf Shores and Judi made the process so easy! The condo was a good size for our family of 2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 tween. Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club was beautiful! You’ll be happy with this choice!

Perfect Beach Vacation

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The condo is clean with everything you need for a week stay. Quiet area, but still close enough to all the restaurants. Great beach, great pool, and very welcoming residents of other condos as well. Will be back next year for sure!

May 2024 vacation

The condo is wonderful. Its clean and cozy. The bed is great, very comfortable. Judi is so nice to work with and does her best to make your vacation amazing. The beach was fixed up very nice. Now we have a rental chair company on the beach so thats an added bonus. Good accommodation for the price. We have stayed 4 times now.

Great little Condo on Little Lagoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is exactly as described on VRBO. Absolutely perfect for a couple. We found everything to be very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very nice. The property was beautiful. The boat launch and docks were an added bonus for those of us that bring our boats. Very reasonable fee of $20 for launching the boat and parking the trailer. Communication with owner is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this condo for a couple needing a nice place to stay. Perfect Beach Location

The location of this condo is perfect! This area is nice & quiet, beach access directly across the street, & convenient to most anything you want to do! Condo is just right for 2 people but might feel a bit crowded if you have more guests.

Perfect get away

This condo was perfect for the two of us. Location was great, condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the beautiful pool area and was a short walk to the private beach. Very nice. The view of the ocean was amazing and we could hear the waves as we sat on the balcony. Absolutely would stay here again.

Highschool softball tournament trip

Property was exactly how it was listed. Clean and nice for 2 people and very close to the house our daughter was staying with her Highschool teammates. We will definitely use this condo again!

The condo was small but filled with all the necessities to live comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a great area to watch the evenings go by. I will say the outlet in the bathroom does need to be repaired. It moved inward when trying to plug in the hair dryer. This could eventually lead to a short in the wiring. Also the bathroom sink faucet does not shut off completely unless pushed straight down. Otherwise everything was terrific and we will likely try to come back next year. Happy place

This condo was everything we could’ve asked for as a vacation home away from home. Unit was super clean and had all you could need for a beach vacation. Balcony view was phenomenal for sunset pictures and just relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Great visit!

My friend and I had a great stay at Judi's property. She was quick to respond and answered any questions that we had. The condo was clean and well-stocked with amenities that we needed. We loved that it was just a short walk away from the beach, and there was a nice pool onsite for guests to use. I'd recommend this property to guests staying in the Gulf Shores area.

Paradise at the beach

Absolute best place to stay in Gilf Shores. Our condo is amazing we atay every year at the same place. The owner is Absolutely Amazing!! Judi is the best host and the condo is beautifully decorated and the bed is so comfortable!!

We love our two condos at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet! We live nearby so we are blessed to take short relaxing trips to Gulf Shores when condos are open. Also our grandkids have grown up there (precious memories); they love fishing, crabbing, kayaking, flashlights on the beach at night, night swimming in the pool. You name it!
