About this property

This Historic log cabin built in the 1920's has been restored to it's original glory with the addition of modern amenities making it the best of both worlds.

Our cabin is approx. 1,000 sq ft with a deck that wraps around 2 sides giving you privacy as you sit back and relax.

Accommodations include:
1 bedroom/1 bath *due to open floor plan privacy may be an issue. According pocket style doors between kitchen /bathroom and bathroom/bedroom.
Large full size kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker)
Kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and cook wear (pots/pans)
Full size washer and dryer
Large flat screen Smart TV in living room
Wi-Fi supplied with password
Vaulted ceilings in living room and kitchen
Stone fire place in living room (1 starter log included during winter season - NO wood please)

Great stay!

Quiet cozy little cabin tucked away near the lake. I enjoyed reading on the deck and listening to the trees as the wind blew. Getting to the cabin and parking is tricky, but not too bad. Plenty of blankets and heaters for when it gets cold, lucky it was Spring time and I did not need them but when the A/C is on you may need the blankets at least.

Wonderful stay and get away near hot springs national park

My wife and i had a peaceful getaway near hot springs national park. The cabin was quiet, clean, lovely and peaceful. It had a nice view of the lake and was close to the action, but far enough from the crowds. We also enjoyed visits from local cats.

Rustic Cabin Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Easy access, very quiet and close to local attractions. If you want a quiet location with little to no interruptions this is the place for you!

Absolutely Fabulous

We loved having a weekend away here. It was super quiet yet not far from the town. There were some adorable cats in the neighborhood, the kitchen had everything we needed and the overall cabin was incredibly cozy. We will be coming back!

Cute cabin on the lake

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for our anniversary. It was very cute and cozy. It is definitely only for two people to stay with 1 bedroom. It was clean. The toilet area of the bathroom was separate from the shower area but there is not a door to shut for privacy. Just something to be aware about. It was hard to figure out where to pull in at night going by maps as you have to park behind the property and maps took you to the front. It was very dark. However, I would highly recommend for a couple’s getaway

Cool log cabin overlooking the lake. It was exactly as described and in a very peaceful setting. We loved our stay here! Hosts were quick to respond and I would definitely recommend this place. Serene setting but close enough to Hot Springs.

Lovely cabin

This was supposed to be an anniversary trip but my spouse was unable to come. A friend came with me and we enjoyed ourselves and the “cabin kitties” so much. I’m sure they were neighbor cats but we enjoyed the daily visits. Views were great!!!

I wish it were my home

This was the first time I rented a house/cabin/cottage, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The view of the lake, the comfort of furniture on the porch to relax while enjoying the view, the cozy living area, the glow of the fire in the fireplace, the rustic feeling while not losing any comfort all culminated to make for the perfect getaway. The only complaint was about the bathroom, but these issues were eluded to in the description of the property. My 6'7" husband didn't fit very well in the shower stall, and the toilet was very short. Anyone in the bedroom had complete view of a person getting into the shower. Bathroom issues aside, and excused for the historical nature of the cabin, which wasn't originally set up with indoor plumbing, all the rest of of the cabin's beauty and charm countered the issue. I hope staying here again is in my future.

Cool place!

First time going to Hot Springs. I took my wife for a weekend getaway. The cabin was amazing. Loved the history and it was a short easy drive to the historic downtown and easy drive to the highway. Thanks for letting us make memories in a cabin that has made many memories since the 1920's.

Peaceful

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights. We enjoyed the fact that the cabin was away from all the noises of the town. We loved sitting on the back porch and drinking our coffee. It was only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. The view of the river was great and peaceful.

Beautiful view

This rustic cabin is a quiet retreat although just a 5 minute drive to restaurants and other conveniences. It’s in a low traffic neighborhood if you want to do a little walking. It is a good 15-20 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs. It’s a great place for some peace and quiet.
