The front door to this family friendly, two bedroom condo opens up to the heated and gated outdoor salt-water pool. The back area boasts a beautifully grassed area, the KVR trail, and overlooks the water way with a spot to moor your boat if you choose.

Our unit is located on the ground level right out from the gated heated salt water pool with a large grassed area off the back deck
The pool generally opens mid May/May long weekend until the end of September weather dependant
