Historic home off Milledge Avenue within easy walking distance of stadium (1mile) and downtown (0.7 mile to The Arch). Each luxury bedroom has its own full bathroom (4 beds/4 baths) and the home also includes a beautiful old-fashioned eat in kitchen, living room with large HDTV, formal dining room which can seat up to 12, butler's pantry/study, and a front porch with swings as well as a large screened-in porch overlooking private "Charleston style" garden.
