This spacious home is an easy walk to campus on game day and is centrally located between Notre Dame and tons of dining/shopping options on Grape Road. Sit on one of the cozy chairs on the huge front deck or relax in the outdoors on the back patio. This home is located close enough to campus that you can hear the PA announcers from the yard during games. In the evenings, sit with your family and friends around the fire pit (wood provided) or cook-out on the grill and smoker. Your dog will enjoy running around in the large, fenced-in backyard.
