Mt. Nittany Hideaway - beautiful and spacious home
Why cram in to a hotel when your group could relax on our deck, have a campfire on the patio or gather in the spacious Great room with beautiful view? This house is a perfect place to gather for families & friends, located on 10 acres on Mt. Nittany, less than 3 miles from Beaver Stadium and downtown. 1 mile to shopping & groceries. The house is comfortable & welcoming with big windows & lots of natural light. Walk out basement has both a ping pong & pool table.
Plenty of private outdoor space and driveway parking. Large kitchen adjoins the great room to create a spacious open area. Enough table seating for a large group. 5 spacious bedrooms upstairs with extra floor space. Master bedroom is on the main level & basement has a queen size murphy bed with full bathroom. Also, plenty of additional bathrooms for a large group.
This is a non smoking home.
Owners have a Bernedoodle who will not be there during rentals.

A House Manual is left on the kitchen table that includes How To's, an area guide, house guidelines and check-out instructions.
Plenty of open areas and beds for a large group. Master bedroom suite is on the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, open area on lower level with Queen Murphy bed. In additonal to full bathroom with Master bedroom, there are two half baths on the 1st floor, 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 full bathroom on the lower level.
Areas of the house that are locked and are not accessible for Renters - pool and fenced in area around it, upstairs business office above garage, 1st floor office beside kitchen, Exercise room in basement, Master bedroom closet, Utility Room in basement should only be entered by an adult if needed to access the fuse box (because of the wood shop and power tools.)
