About this property
Beautiful historic home close to Notre Dame
Our home is a perfect Gameday rental for your large group. We are located just over a mile from ND in South Bend's most sought after neighborhood with historic homes, quiet streets, and friendly neighbors. Our home has updated modern amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, yet still maintains its historic charm. We have purchased new bed linens, pillows, and towels that are used exclusively for our guests.
When you are not at the game, you can enjoy our large patio with a sitting area, dining area, and gas grill. Our private double lot gives you plenty of room to play flag football, corn hole, and bocci ball. Or you can simply relax and enjoy our lovely garden. Our finished basement provides extra space with a large TV and leather sectional with built in recliners.
We will do whatever we can to customize and accommodate your stay for a great Gameday experience!
