Beautiful Historic Wayne St. Home Near Notre Dame
This beautifully remodeled home is in the historic Wayne Street neighborhood within walking distance to Notre Dame Campus. It is only minutes from Eddy Street Commons, The Linebacker, Corby's, and downtown South Bend. There is a patio in a quiet, secluded backyard with a gas grill and plenty of room to relax. A 55" HDTV, fireplace and new sound bar system makes for indoor entertaining. The kitchen is completely remodeled with Viking appliances and a large granite peninsula.
There is a bedroom in the basement (no bathroom). There is a half bath on the main floor. The other bedrooms and 2 full baths are on the second floor.
