Location, view & value. This is the best location, the best value, and absolutely the most stunning view in Siesta Key. There’s even a nice view of Sarasota Bay and the mainland from your kitchen window. Views galore from every room (except for 1 closet).

This 11th floor condo has both panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach that was voted #1 in America in 2011 all at a great price. (Photos are not distorted or touched-up. These are the actual views!) What you see is what you get. You get all the privacy and comfort and serenity that you desire. The 2 bedroom 2 bath split plan provides privacy for multi-generational family vacations or is ideal for 2 couples. The lanai runs the full length of the gulf side of the condo with access from both bedrooms and the living room. View mesmerizing sunsets in total privacy. Only the pelicans flying by can see you.

Condo amenities include: Leather furniture; flat screen TVs with DVD player and cable service; internet access; free local and long distance calling throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico; bed linens and towels; and cookware and dishes. Each condo has an assigned parking spot. Basic supplies are provided for guests so you don’t have to rush out to shop. Come as you are and just sit back and enjoy the beach.

The Crystal Sands condominium community has 2 pools nestled among beautiful lush tropical landscaping. There are 2 separate banks of elevators. The glass elevator offers impressive views of Siesta Key, Sarasota, and the bay. Beach chairs and loungers are provided by the condo association and cabanas are available for rent.

There are beach activities galore ranging from lazing in the sun or sauntering along the white sandy beach to jet skiing or parasailing and everything in between. The newly remodeled Public Beach area has new tennis courts, picnic areas, playgrounds, plus many more features.

Siesta Key

We always look forward to staying at Crystal Sands in the fall. The view is so gorgeous and the sunsets are breathtaking. We appreciate the added welcome bundle of goodies and fresh flowers. What a view!

The views from this unit are awesome! This unit was the cleanest place I have ever rented. Everything was spotless! The snacks and fruit basket were very much appreciated after arriving after a long day of travel. The owner responded to my questions very quickly. Perfect location!

Very clean and the location is absolutely perfect- owners were amazing! Left us fresh fruit and an abundance of snacks and goodies, coffee, water, paper plates, etc..plus extra toiletries in case something was needed! Again the view was indescribable- just postcard gorgeous! We have stayed at many places on the key and this location blows them all off the beach!! Bathrooms are dated as is kitchen but in fine working order and when or if your actually in the condo you won’t want to leave the lanai so not a concern!!

We loved the basic property and location. Many of the basic necessities were provided which was much appreciated. We think the master and guest bedrooms (walk-in shower) should be reversed. The bathrooms need to be updated.

A slice of serenity in a quiet area with amazing views!

Wonderful place for a family vacation! Beautiful views of the gulf, great pool and an amazingly quiet location just minutes away from the village by car or the free trolley. The kitchen is quite small, but it didn't take away ONE BIT from our vacation. Finally - the owner of the unit was AWESOME. Great communication, responsiveness, and the most welcome we have ever felt arriving at a vacation rental including some welcome snacks, information, and even fresh flowers! We did purchase and leave a mattress topper for the primary bedroom - we like softer mattresses. The only down-side of this rental was that the pool closes at sunset and our family has always enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the evenings to end the day. All-in-all, I would recommend this unit highly.

Owners are terrific. Jason is prompt and quite the handyman. This was our fifth stay here. Supplies are great. View and beach are unmatched. Bathrooms and kitchen have not been updated. We will miss our annual 2month visit to this place as we have just bought a home on Siesta Key.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The view from the condo and it being literally on the beach was majestic. We spent much time on the patio, eating breakfast, lunch, reading or just staring at the ocean. You feel as if you were always on the beach. Jason, Vickie and Abe were exception to work with. All the little extras made us feel special. It was very thoughtful and kind.

We had an amazing month in this condo. The owners are very accommodating with a welcome package for you when you arrive and answered any questions we had quickly. The views are awesome! Can't beat going to sleep and waking up to the beautiful beach and waves! Great views from all rooms. It's nice having beach chairs ready for use right as you walk out to the beach. The two pools were perfect for my 2 and 4 year old. The private beach was awesome! We loved being able to walk to the public beach also with the new playground for our kids. We loved taking the free ride golf carts into the village. Thanks so much for a wonderful month!

Our stay was great!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo overlooking Crescent Beach. We were very fortunate to end up here after a serious problem at another rental property. This condo has everything for an enjoyable stay. The property sustained some damage from the recent tornado and that created some inconvenience but the owners did everything in their power to resolve any issues. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. The rooms are very spacious and the view—well it is absolutely fantastic. Nothing like watching the sunset from your very own private lanai. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and were a joy to meet and work with. We hope to enjoy their hospitality again.

Unit is in bad need of upgrade. Could hardly get in kitchen it was so small with an oversized fridge. One doorwall in bedroom is so loose that during storm we thought it was going to blow out. Multiple issues during our stay. Owners son was very kind and tried to do what he could. He was very responsive to our needs. It is clear that you are paying for only the view. We are used to much better. Unit was clean.

The host Vickie is extremely responsive and always reply within an hour even in midnight and weekend. The view is spectacular and every room has the ocean view. The private beach has chairs and easy access with less tourists on the beach. Lots of shells and birds. We watch sunrise and sunset on our beds every day when the weather is good and have breakfast on the spacious patio with ocean view every morning. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. The host pays attention to every details and provide everything you may need (including coffee filter, measure, all kitchen ware, toys for beach, shelling tools, surfing boards and extra paper towels, washer & dryer, detergent, dish washer and laundry detergent...). We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket of fruits, snacks and water as well as fresh flowers! Everything is perfect and well thought out! Thanks very much for everything, we enjoyed a very good vacation here, would definitely come back again in the future!

A fantastic Gulf-front condo!

I came on a girls trip from May 11-25, and we loved everything about this condo. I would definitely stay here again! THE PROS: -Location: easy to find, and perfectly situated on the Gulf with gorgeous views near Crescent Beach that wasn't very crowded. We also loved that Crystal Sands was relatively quiet. -Amenities: in addition to the condo facilities, the hosts stock it with everything you'd need. They provided fresh flowers and plentiful welcome snacks (fruit, sweets, salty items, coffee, water, and seltzers); a kitchen stocked with all the basic spices plus dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, ziplock bags and paper towels; beach towels, toys, and even coolers; laundry detergent and fabric softener; and full-size toiletries in each bathroom- including plenty of tissues and toilet paper. -The owners: they were incredibly helpful and responsive during all parts of the booking, pre-trip, stay, and even post-trip. -Cleanliness: this unit was immaculate. And they've refreshed the bedrooms with newer comforters, and newer furniture on the patio, so the photos on the listing don't do it full justice. THE CONS: Let me say that none of these issues were dealbreakers for us. Just wanted to share so you can be prepared if you stay here. -The AC: not being able to turn the thermostat below 72 made it stuffy at times. -Low shower heads: I'm 5'9", and had to bend over to wash my hair. The shower head was only as high as my chin.
