Unbelievable 2nd floor unit with building directly on the beach! Enjoy a little luxury at the beach in one of our 4 cozy 2 bedroom
“oceanfront “apartments.
Each unit has a spectacular view of stunning and quiet "Grand Beach". Lay in bed at night and listen to the waves crashing right outside the door. This is the closest thing to having a bed on the beach!

Full bath, shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with wifi and internet and everything you need to relax on vacation! Old Orchard Beach/Grand Beach is one mile to the "Pier" and 2 miles to the jetty in beautiful Pine Point. We are on the “Quiet side” of the beach but close enough to jog or walk down where the action is.
We are located close to the town of Old Orchard and Pine Point with taverns, restaurants, picnic areas, canoeing and nature preserves, golf, Funtown Splashtown USA, and all that southern Maine has to offer... Outlets, boating, Historic Old Port, museums, cities and the lakes for a country feel!

Ocean Sunrise

Fantastic place to get-away and enjoy a quiet ocean-front rental far enough from the noise of the Pier, but close enough for a nice walk on the beach for dinner.

Lovely Beach Getaway

I would highly recommend this beach cottage as a great beach getaway. I was a great location, easy access to Portland and so many great places to visit, let alone the amazing ocean front views and beach. We hope to revisit for sure.

Great location

This was a beautiful spot on the beach and close to many attractions. It was quiet and easy to access. The only thing that held me back from 5 stars is that the description, while largely accurate, missed a few details like that we needed our own linens or that the deck is shared.

Great beach house

Had an absolute relaxing blast at this beach home. The apartment is so comfortable that you immediately are in beach mode. Sue, the owner, is very attentive and we have no complaints about the property. I’ll definitely come back!

Perfect beach getaway

What we loved about this place was the location. Close enough to the action but far away from noise. We enjoyed waking up to sun sparkling as we watch the morning surfers dance of the waves. The weather was amazing, a tonic for the soul! So grateful for this place, thank you to the owners for sharing!

Trip to Maine

It was a great location and a great house! Would definitely come back-away from the hustle and bustle of the pier. Our week there was very hot but being steps from the ocean made it enjoyable. Perfect Coastal Getaway at Old Orchard Beach

We recently traveled from Minnesota to Old Orchard Beach for a cousin's wedding in Portland and we couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. The property was absolutely beautiful and right on the ocean providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. Booking the stay was a breeze and the owner was fantastic with communication. She even went above and beyond by searching for a hairdryer for us before our arrival which we truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the lovely fire pit right on the beach, it was perfect for evening relaxation and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. With neighbors in the other units, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Overall we had a wonderful time and are grateful for the fantastic accommodations. Thank you for making our visit to Maine so memorable! We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Wonderful, relaxing….

We stayed in the lower ground level unit. It was open concept, bright, with a front row view of the ocean. We woke each morning to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast with the most amazing views. :)

Wonderful!

Our family of four enjoyed every moment of our beach vacation. The location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. (The couch in the kitchen was my favorite)! The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. Our kids (11 and 13) loved visiting the pier and the adults loved the just right distance away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and a few evenings out. It was fun getting to so many destinations by way of the beach. We walked off many a lobster roll that way. A truly amazing time was had by all. We will be back!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

A great place to stay and relax on a beautiful beach. This was our first VRBO experience. Sue was an excellent host, a great person to meet, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Sue knows of the perfect places to dine and has great suggestions for fun things to do. I wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer since there is so much to see and do. Mostly we enjoyed seeing a double rainbow, relaxing on the beach, and getting up early for a beautiful sunrise.

Beautiful

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Having the ocean right outside the back deck was wonderful. We visited in September so it was off-season and most of the local places were closed. It was hard finding a place to eat our first night there. But we spent a lot of time in Portland taking tours and shopping. All in all, it was a wonderful place to visit.
