Water Views, Private Jetty, Easy Walk to Beach

Perfectly located centrally on Noosa Parade with a sunny northerly aspect, right on Noosa River, this laid back and immaculately presented beach house is ideal for relaxing and taking in all that Noosa has to offer.

An inviting open lounge and dining room looks out over the swimming pool, grassed back yard and river. (The pool safety fencing runs the breadth of the back of the property, fencing off the pool and river from the house.)

If dining in you'll love the modern and up to date kitchen which is well stocked and spacious, featuring modern amenities and quality crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. Dine alfresco fully under cover or indoors . The lounge features a smart TV, Apple TV and Sonos Audio system and all bedrooms have their own separate TV.

All three bedrooms are air conditioned, with two master bedrooms featuring beautiful ensuites; The third bedroom has a large family bathroom immediately adjacent.

Kids can play in the pool (heated during winter) or on the grassed back yard. Fish from your own jetty.
A large double car port is privately fenced off from the street behind an automatic security gate.

Terrific house, location and overall stay!

Paradise!

We booked this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our grownup kids and grandson. Unfortunately, my husband had an emergency health issue and we couldn’t go 😞 BUT our kids went and sent us photos and told us what an amazing time they were having! They couldn’t fault it … perfect on every way .. home, location, views, facilities, attention to detail and managed so well by Marion and Craig. We will definitely get back to re-create our family holiday together in the near future.

One of life’s highlights

This is a stunning property and was truly an incredible Noosa experience on the river. The property is exactly as the marketing photos depicts. The managers were excellent in their communications and extremely helpful. Our 30th wedding anniversary with our family was truly one of life’s highlights. We can’t wait to return.

Honeymoon bliss

We stayed for our honeymoon and we're truly amazed the house was glorious the views are amazing we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the river views. The house itself is amazing clean elegant and comfy. security is well designed with gate locks and door codes. We truly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get the chance to stay again

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculately clean, it had everything we needed, was perfectly located just a short stroll to Hastings St/the beach and we especially loved having the river right off the private jetty (perfect for kayaking and watching the gorgeous sunsets!). Marion and Craig were fabulous hosts - excellent communication on check in and check out.

Just Perfect

This house has everything you will need for a holiday at Noosa. It is well furnished and very close to all the amenities, within walking distance. The property managers Craig and Marion are very welcoming. They were always available and quick to respond to any queries. We will be very happy to go back again.

Beautiful house with river views

This Stunning beach home ticks all the boxes for a Perfect Noosa getaway. Perfectly located just a short stroll to Hasting street. Beautifully presented and modern appointments throughout in every way, highly recommend for a most enjoyable holiday. Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for a group of 6 (3 couples) with a king bedroom and bathroom for each. Position is fantastic, easy 10 minute stroll to Hastings St and right on the water. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities with little extras. The property managers Craig and Marion were a pleasure to deal with and everything ran smoothly. We would all definitely stay here again, the photos online really don’t do it justice.

Great waterfront property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed home in a great location on the water. Our children particularly enjoyed the heated pool as well as fishing and kayaking from the private jetty. We were able to walk to Hastings St and the beach, as well as to our favourite restaurants throughout our stay. Just lovely :)
