Located in Javea, this holiday home is near theme parks and in the mountains. Cap de la Nau Lighthouse and Castillo de Moraira are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at La Fossa Beach and Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac. Ozone Bowling and Moraira Park are also worth visiting. Why they chose this property
This is the perfect spot to get away and still be conveniently in walking distance from any of the relaxing options Javea has to offer. The arenal beach is a 15min walk or a 5min drive. Restaurants, markets, etc even closer but we have the privilege of being in a residential area "Adsubia" very quiet and safe.
You can work from home with our recently installed optical fibre high speed wifi and enjoy nature and the privacy our 360° garden and private family pool provides. There is a private solarium on the top floor, perfect to sunbaith clothless if that's your preference to avoid sunmarks. We also provide linens bathroom towels, kitchen uttensils, coffee maker.. capsules and manual, microwave, wine fridge, 10 dish set dishwasher, 9kg washing machine, music and news voice controlled alexa, cable tv and a vintage CD collection of movies to watch in our 49" flat tv. The suites bathrooms have towel warmers, remote controlled air heaters and just been renovated. Rooms all have air conditioning and wifi controlled wall heaters. It's what we call a "classic nouveau" enchanting villa that will undoubtedly become a great vacation experience
