About this property

Architect designed our house. Our beautiful second home was built in late 2010. The decor is modern nordic style . The house is in the countryside but just 20 minutes from the beach 15 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the spa 40 minutes from the city of Rome.
It has a porch, in front of the house, equipped with couches and driveway to the front and garden to the left. a courtyard behind the house with small private forest and a table for lunch or dinner and barbecue. Inside there are a large kitchen with a table large living room Internet, cable TV, and all the comforts of a modern home, one king size room with bathroom one queen size room and bathroom outside. In the loft there is a king size and three sofa.

Habe es genossen

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte, in einer ruhigen und guten Nachbarschaft. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vor das Haus fahren. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist top. Groß mit Ausblick auf den See. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Am Internet muss noch etwas gearbeitet werden, war etwas langsam. Liegt aber wahrscheinlich am Ambieter. Bitte für die Handtücher keinen Aufpreis verlangen. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit über die App zu erreichen.

Manziana

August 2024, super Wetter, Lage ist ok, 15 Minuten zum See oder 35 Minuten zum Mittelmeer ( beides Zeitangaben mit dem Auto) Dreckiges Geschirr, eine defekte Spülmaschine und ein ungepflegter Garten haben uns empfangen. Die Stand Ventilatoren waren leider auch zum Teil defekt, die Lampen im Haus konnten nicht alle benutzt werden. Der Garten wurde nach ca. 5 Tagen sehr gut wieder hergestellt und gepflegt, wir haben nach 5 Tagen neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche erhalten. Der nette Putzfrau und ein total netter Gärtner waren dann vor Ort. Das Haus hat eine eigene Zufahrt. Das Auto steht sicher hinter einem Tor auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Die Lage ist in einer Wohngegend. Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte. Der Fluglärm von Rom ist teilweise hörbar. Es gibt keine Sonnenliegen für den Garten. Nur eine Couch und Stühle. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist von Ikea, leider schon etwas älter.Der Innenhof mit dem Grill war sehr unaufgeräumt. Der Grill leider total verdreckt und daher nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns kaum im Haus aufgehalten, da wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren. Rom erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 50 Minuten. Es gibt auch eine direkte Verbindung mit dem Zug. Die Vermieterin haben wir nicht kennengelernt, der Kontakt erfolgte nur über die FEWO Direkt App. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind ca. 15 Jahre alt (geschätzt). Die Duschen sind sehr klein und die Duschköpfe hängen etwas verkalkt in der Gegend herum. Wir werden das Haus auf keinen Fall ein zweites Mal buchen.

Agréable séjour

Très bon séjour à Manziana. Le logement est vraiment agréable à vivre, bien agencé et équipé. La situation géographique permet de profiter rapidement du lac de Bracciano pour se détendre et de rafraîchir mais également de se rendre facilement à Rome en train (ou en voiture). Un seul petit bémol pour le séjour… des aboiements de chiens réguliers. Nous recommandons le lieu pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Herrliche Ferien in ruhiger Wohngegend

In diesem großzügigen und herrlich gelegenen Ferienhaus haben wir eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Besonders die Terasse mit Seeblick, am Abend bei Wein und Schinkenbrot... ganz prima. Das Haus ist voll und komfortabel ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Dorf (guter Metzger und Bäcker am Kirchplatz) sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Supermarkt ähnlich. Das Meer ist so ca. 25 Min. entfernt, man fährt durch eine bewaldete hügelige Gegend und der flache Sandstrand ist gut für Kinder geeignet (aber voll!). Im Dorf fährt alle Stunde ein Zug nach Rom, bis zum Petersplatz / Zentrum ca. 1,25h. Freundliche Vermieter.

Agréable et bon marché mais...

Description conforme, lieu agréable et beau bien positionné pour la visite de cette belle région , à 35 ' d'une belle plage et 55' en voiture de Rome centre, avec une terrasse sympathique. Maison bien équipée avec un électroménager et des meubles de qualité.Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute. Mais , Avions de Fumicino (peu nombreux) bruyants dès 7h du matin, aboiement de chiens la nuits, insonorisation interne (maison très sonore ce qui est gênant la nuit) et externe médiocre ( la maison est en fait coupée en 2 et l'on entend la voisine qui habite l'autre partie passer son aspirateur le matin), convient donc peu à ceux qui voudraient se lever tard ou sensibles au bruit.Mitoyenneté immédiate.Maison très design , épurée mais pas toujours fonctionnelle. Enfin propreté perfectible mais tous à fait acceptable.
