Linens (towels, sheets, and bedding) are provided, though not facecloths at this time. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are all provided.

The dining table seats 6, plus seating for 2 at the bar counter. There is a foosball table upstairs in the loft, 3 TVs with Roku for entertainment, and a variety of board games. Great spot in Big Bear

We had a great weekend in Big Bear. The house was clean and super cute. The kitchen was fully functional and we made several meals. We really like that each room had a Roku TV so people could relax around the house. There was a large front and back lawn for playing in the snow and Alpine Slide Park was right down the road. The hot tub was also clean and worked well. Highly recommend!

Christmas Family Getaway

This was the second year we spent at this home in Big Bear at Christmas so it feels like a real family winter vacation for us. There is lots of room for me in the loft with a private bath and downstairs, my son and wife had a large, comfortable room and there was plenty of space for the 3 kids. There was snow all around the house so the kids enjoyed sledding down the slopes and playing in the snow. The owner/hostess is easy to reach and responds immediately to our requests. The baked goods were such a special treat for everyone. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us and would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Pittsburgh to LA vacation

Laura is an excellent host. She gave us lots of tips on things to do and see. Rental was spotless and well taken care of. Only downside was lack of ac which we were aware of going in. Plus maybe the hottest days of the year didn’t help!

Great summer getaway!

Big bear lake area is so quaint! The marina is a short 300 feet where you can get your boat rental which is well worth it! The lake is stocked with fish and it’s gorgeous! The cabin is a perfect place to relax. The only negative is that there is no AC.

PURE DELIGHT IN THE MOUNTAINS

THIS HOME WAS SPECTACULAR!!! The host had fresh pastries delivered after our arrival - a wonderful bottle of red wine in the kitchen - doggie treats for our puppy - the jacuzzi was already warm, too!!! I cannot say enough about this home, fresh towels, stocked kitchen with all the cooking items needed... it was just perfect! The beds were so comfy! Twinkling lights were a romantic backdrop to our nightly jacuzzi time! THANK YOU!!!!

Beautiful cabin!!!

My family of five had an amazing stay at this cabin. It was spotless and really nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked and the complimentary bottle of wine, coffee, tea, and oatmeal were really thoughtful. There were plenty of towels and linens and the beds were so comfy. My two boys LOVED the sledding hill in the backyard and the foosball table. And we were so close to the lake and enjoyed hanging out at Boulder Bay Park. And Laura was very responsive and helpful with my questions. It was a perfect stay for everyone in our family. We had the best time!!

Nice place!

Our family had a great midweek stay here. Quiet, convenient location, big yard and hammocks for the kids to play around with. The cabin was well equipped and had everything we needed, and the host, Laura, checked on us and answered all the questions we had (not very many.). Great stay!

Big Bear R&R

My husband and our senior dog stayed here a week in October. The house is an A frame and has good privacy. Very clean beautiful cabin with everything you need. The owner is so thoughtful from the soap and makeup wipes in the bathroom. Bottles of water and soda water . Wine complimentary. Along with a bag of coffee, hot cocoa and tea. Also dog friendly and water bowls and treats. The hot tub was amazing clean and the owner had it heating already for us when we arrived, which was so nice because it took us 10 hours to get there beta car accident and a snow storm. We used it everyday day or night. It’s a very quiet relaxing cabin . Equipped with WiFi And Roku Netflix and Hulu and prime TV. The owner even left firewood for it was cold and the fire was awesome. Enjoyed the hammocks in the front and there were 2 so it wa so nice for us. Then the owner one morning had some delicious pastries deliver to us from a great local bakery. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay. First time to Big Bear for us. Dog friendly was a huge bounds order else we wouldn’t be able to stay thank you.

Lovely A-frame in the pines!

Our family loves VRBO rental houses, and this home did not disappoint! The location was ideal…off the main road enough to have peace & quiet, but conveniently close to the Village and other attractions. It was a walkable block to Pleasure Point Marina - this was a great referral by the homeowners where we fed ducks with our young kids every morning, rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon, and checked out the shoreline in some rental kayaks! The home was extremely clean and fully stocked with all the necessities plus some bonus welcome gifts - something for all ages…wine, Klondike bars, flip flops and dog treats! The front porch and large yard were ideal to enjoy the fresh mountain air and even a nice rainstorm. We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin and hope to visit again soon!

Great cabin

We loved staying at this cabin. So many nice touches and it seemed everything was thought of to make our stay so comfortable. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the village. The host was responded to any questions I had almost immediately. We couldn’t have had a better time here.

Great little getaway

We loved staying at Laura's property! It was so cozy, and was stocked with toiletries, complimentary coffee, firewood and even house slippers. The place was perfect and we had zero complaints. It's close enough to everything but also far away enough to not experience the chaos of tourists. The hot tub was a major plus, and the place was clean! Our fur baby also enjoyed the stay, and just a heads up that the yard is fenced but doggies can still get through it! Wasn't a huge issue for us because our girl is well behaved and isn't a runner LOL Thank you Laura! We would love to stay again!

We will definitely be back! I love this cabin and location. It was perfect for me and our family

We had a wonderful 3 day staycation in this lovely cabin. Everything was picture perfect..just like I imagined. My kids loved every minute of it! There was snow in the backyard with a sled to use. I brought a hammock to put in between the trees and just enjoyed my views. The cabin was stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, making it even more like home. Laura left us a bottle of wine and some cozy house slippers for the family and wood for the fireplace. There was even a pet bed for our dog. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Laura was so helpful the minute we booked it. She sent me detailed info on where I could get some pretty views, since I love photography. She was available for any questions or concerns I had during my stay and I am beyond grateful for having such a pleasant host like Laura. We will definitely be back here! I love this cabin and location. It was perfect for me and our family.

We love traveling and enjoy the restorative effect of the mountains. We are always looking for new places to explore, near and far, and we are excited to share all that Big Bear has to offer with you!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property and didn't want to leave! I love relaxing on the deck taking in the view with a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

What makes this property unique

The spacious lot lends a sense of privacy and room for the family to spread out. The hot tub on the deck offers a view of a meadow in summer/fall, snow field in winter, or edge of the lake in spring.
The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you need to cook!
