This condo is perfect for both summer and winter stays, but it is truly a skier's delight. It is located just across the street from Heavenly Valley's Stagecoach Ski Lift and offers assigned covered parking with an elevator to your floor for convenient access. Inside, you can enjoy sitting by the fireplace or relaxing in the master bath jacuzzi tub. The condo has two bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people. A full kitchen and washer/dryer provide the conveniences of the home. In the summer, explore the Tahoe Rim Trail near the chairlift, or take a short walk to Tramway Market and the Fox and Hound Bar and Grill.
Please Note: Please note that there are four flights of stairs to navigate. At this moment the elevator is currently not operational. A brand-new elevator will be installed, but the timeline is uncertain.

I and my friends had a wonderful ski trip in this place. Couldn’t be closer to strategical lift than this unit, though you need to walk up stairs to reach this unit. We parked my truck and use it as ski locker. Well communicated and friendly host’
The property was exactly as advertised. A bit dated and no elevator, but exactly as I was expecting. It was a great value. It is the closest property to the stagecoach lift. It was nice to look out the window to see if it was running and people getting on before putting gear on. The few minor things that came up got immediate attention and checkin and checkout was a breeze. We will stay again in the future.
This is a great location for winter or summer getaways. It kind of off of the beaten path but close enough (about 10-15 min depending on traffic) drive to the casinos or Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful place!
Love this property! This was a perfect fit for our family with great pricing. We will definitely be back.
Rented a three bedroom 2 bath at Tahoe for my mother’s funeral when we got there it was a two bedroom. My son had to sleep on the couch.

Location couldn’t be better!
Furnishings and appliances are badly outdated, and minimal supplies are scarce, but you can’t beat the location! Literally walk from the building to the lift in 3 minutes. Parking spaces were sufficient and we never stressed about having a spot when we got back at night. Kitchen lacks A LOT! Decor is dated and TV is tiny. Does not sleep 6, unless you convert the living room into a bedroom! Would stay in this building again, but probably not this unit unless it was substantially discounted.

Good location, bad accommodations
It would have been nice to use the lift across the street, but there was not enough snow, so we had to drive 15 min to slopes each day. Make sure the lift is open before you book. Decorated like a dorm room from the 80’s including an empty CD stand in case you bring a stack of your own. Lamborghini Countach poster was lit, reminded me of my childhood bedroom. Tv was small and glitchy. Internet was only enough to run one device and at that one device was slow…so make sure you bring your hot spot. 4th floor without elevator provided ample exercise throughout the trip. Relative nag with your family on the 2 person couch can be difficult as well as sitting more than 4 around the dining table so keep that in mind if you plan on more than 2 people staying.

Very dirty place
The people at the front desk were beyond sweet and helpful. We came in late and getting the key was very easy.
There was crumbs on the couch and food on the counter. There was a strong oder of urine coming from the master bathroom all weekend. The place needed a thorough cleaning.
I would never stay here again.
The check-in staff were quite easy to work with and friendly. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit was of average quality. The kitchen was larger than most units we have stayed in so that's was a plus. The living room only had a couch in it so it could use more furniture, but I'm not sure where to put that extra chair or two. There is ample seating for meals. The washer and dryer are large capacity, which is very nice, but an eye-sore as they are not really covered. Most of the flooring has been redone recently and is very nice.
This location is great for catching the ski lift if you stay in winter. For the summer, there is NO DECK attached to this unit and we were bummed that we couldn't sit outside and have breakfast unless we walked down 3 flights of stairs to the building-shared deck. The elevator is broken and you must use the stairs - the units start on the 3rd floor, so expect to walk at least 3 flights of stairs - we had to walk 4 to get to our unit. There were still 2 floors of rooms above ours. The HOA need to commit to fix the elevator.
As for outside maintenance, the 2nd floor landing had some animal excrement on it - you could tell that it had been there for quite a while and no one from building maintenance had bothered to clean it up. There is covered parking for this building.
Overall, we'd pick a different place to stay if/when we return to Tahoe. We are not skiers so the location next to the ski lift has no impact on us.

Inaccurate listing, sub-par property
Elevator out, unit not clean, generally poor condition.
Right across the street from Heavenly's Stagecoach lift, there's no place better to stay if you're skiing Heavenly. We woke up at 8AM and sipped coffee as we watched employees prep the lift. We were on one of the first chairs up and enjoyed many fresh runs before popping back at 11AM for a brunch.
Furnishing and appliances are a bit old, but they seem well maintained and functional. The unit was cleaned professionally and check in process through Lake Tahoe Accomodations was smooth.
Would definitely rent here again!
