STUNNING DUPLEX- Ocean Views - Roof Top Deck!

One house from ocean/boardwalk. Beautiful inside and out. 3 Family home. This unit is a duplex with 2 Master Bedrooms one with a Queen bed the other with a King bed and nook area for crib. Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). Cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and bar-ware. 1 parking spot and plenty of free street parking. I almost forgot, take the spiral staircase to your own rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of Ortley Beach.
Bring your own towels and linens or our cleaning service can provide them for a fee of $75. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided free of charge. No Prom or graduation parties. All guest must be 21 years of age or older. This is a pet free home.

Perfect

We absolutely loved staying in this house. We were in Apartment #3 which includes the rooftop deck and a deck off the bedrooms. It is ocean view from the rooftop. It’s very clean and has a perfect location to go to the beach too. On site parking and outside tables and grills.( there is no oven, only a stove top and microwave in the kitchen.) This was the second time we stayed here and we already booked next year!!

Great Location

End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.

overall we had a great stay. the location was easy to get to, simple check in/out instructions, generous space, but hygiene needs to be improved. the floors was dirty and sandy when we checked. the upstairs bathroom had a piece of a soap bar from the previous guests, the main room bed was sandy under the provided quilt, and a private personal item was found beneath the bed of the second bathroom. still i found the renter to be very polite and quick to respond

Nice quiet area. House was very nice, clean updated . Loved the roof top deck . The host was awesome . I left a bag in the bedroom . She was easy to communicate with , was able to make arrangements to pick the bag up a week later .

Fantastic Place!

Fully renovated inside- super clean and plenty of space. Extremely close to beach entrance. This place exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back next year!!!

property manager and host were very sweet and communication was great. home was clean and well organized. the patio and rooftop are the best part. i love the accommodations especially the outside showers, grill, and tanning chairs. for its price, it is definitely worth staying here.

This is the place!

Location could not have been better. Perfect for two couples. Everything in the house was new and clean. Decks were small but awesome. Rooftop could easily handle 6 to 8 people. Dominic, the property mgr, was super friendly and glad to help out with any questions or issues. I’ve had homes on the Jersey shore and have been going down the shore for 50 yrs. This house was so nice, I wish I owned it!

Great Rental - Perfect Location

Not only do you get a great location, it’s also a fantastic unit. Perfectly clean and updated. I would consider renting this unit again or the other units within the house. I’ve only stayed in a few rental units and this went smooth, seamless and just a wonderful stay.

Prime location!

Very nice condo/home in a great location. Two bedrooms up w/a bathroom that can be ensuite or accessed by both bedrooms is upstairs. One bathroom is on the main floor. Unit has two decks, one being a rooftop with a view which was awesome for morning coffee & happy hour! The kitchen was fairly well stocked, though we didnt cook there much (has a gas range). Take note that there is no oven (a toaster oven would be nice) . Minor things such as no ice maker or trays to make ice, only mocha flavored coffee available & toaster only toasted on one side of the bread. (Manager was made aware). I like my bedroom dark and unfortunately the shades let lots of light in at sunrise, so bring eyeshades if you like it dark! AC worked great, parking is right in front. This unit was perfect for my husband and sister for a weekend. The beach is steps away and a walk to The Boardwalk was 10-15min.

Perfect location!

This is a perfect location. My cousin and I were lucky enough to find this gem for a last minute getaway. Clean, convenient and cozy. We wish we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication by the host!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway

We loved this home. It was perfect and the roof top deck was a great space. We made memories and laughed with our good friends. We have already booked it for next year. One thing to note is there is a stove top but no oven. There is a microwave. And everything else you need. Decorating is neat and beachy! Highly recommend staying here if visiting Ortley Beach!

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

What a perfect place. Drinks on the rooftop deck were a dream. Accurate description, well equipped and clean. Only thing I didn’t notice when I booked was there is no oven, but not a problem as we grilled outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing

Suzan’s place was wonderful. Everything was clean, the house smelled nice and fresh, and no carpet which was easy to keep clean with the sand. The house is a very short easy walk to the beach. A great bagel shop is at the other end of the street and has everything from sandwiches to milk and eggs. The 2 decks are a great private place to hang out. We managed to lock ourselves out and I’d like to share some insights from this experience. Leave a set of keys in the lockbox outside. We were able to get help, but it would have been a while before someone could come let us in. It is just a good idea to leave that set of keys in the lockbox because it is very easy to mindlessly close the door when walking outside and it locks behind you. A minor hiccup for us, but at the time was unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for the awesome family vacation!

Perfect Beach Stay

The property is conveniently located near ortley/lava shops and close to the beach! more than enough space and neighbors in the other units were also friendly. The rooftop deck is the perfect area to relax post-beach and hang out as the sunset and the night rolled in.

Fabulous stay here!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful duplex just one house in from the beach. Immaculately clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, lovely decor. The rooftop sitting area with views of the ocean was a big highlight for us. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions we had .

Beautiful property by the beach. Much nicer in person! Excellent Communication all along with owner. Thank you, Susan! I wasn't able to open the key box when we arrived in the evening, and property managers, Shannon and Dominic came right over. They were also very helpful when I had questions later. Wonderful place and we will be back.
