Pacific family villa with own pool
Family-friendly modern house set in own quarter-acre lot with large lawn for games, tropical gardens and fruit trees, and fully secured swimming pool. Open plan interior, well equipped full kitchen, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. All bedrooms each with super-king beds (can be twin beds) ceiling fans, bedside lamps, lots of drawers and hanging space- with insect screens. Third bedroom has own new ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fan and insect screens; opens on to beautiful tropical garden at back of house with own security door entrance. The trellis fence securing pool can be opened up to incorporate the pool sundeck with the shaded large front deck that runs the width of the house front and back.
Location is perfect for: 1. best weather side of the island and great sunsets, 2. close by white sand beach and lagoon, 3. handy to airport and town (only 6km), 4. easy walking distance to delightful beach bars, restaurants, cafes, local shops, fruit stands, mini-golf and more, 5. Bus stops right outside.

We are a Kiwi couple who have been holidaying in Raro for over 25 years. We bought this house in 2010 and extended it to add a pool, third bedroom and second bathroom. Because we stay here ourselves regularly we reckon we know what's needed to have a great holiday here, with all the comforts of home.
Why they chose this property
We love this house because it is so well designed and has great views of the wonderful interior mountain range of Rarotonga, yet only a short walk to the beach, and has the best weather and sunsets.
What makes this property unique
Private - surrounded by a lush hedge - yet handy to everything. We love the generous decks front and back, perfect for lounging, dining and just day-dreaming!
