Home away home
This was an excellent choice for us. Comfortable and great location. We were close to our convention making for easy mornings. The owner was great and very responsive when I askef questions such as when is garbage pickup. Loved our time there.

Clean and comfortable
The property was clean and comfortable. The location as convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is on a rather busy road, and near the freeway. The listing promised internet and satellite TV, but during our stay, we were unable to connect, and attempts to contact the landlord were unsuccessful.

Great stay near Dixie State University
So close to Dixie State University and Harmon's grocery store! A great kitchen, great room, outdoor patio, complete with a hot tub, basketball hoop, with balls, shuffleboard, 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and onsite laundry.

Perfect for marathon weekend
This house was great for three runners before and after the marathon. Short walk to the busses in the morning and a short hobble home after the finish. Clean and plenty of room for us to relax. It would have been nice to have the hot tub ready when we got there with posted instructions, however. Also, I recommend bringing your own better-quality coffee.

Cute 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house. Cozy.
The house is quaint with a large living area and nice size kitchen. Bedrooms are smaller but appropriate. Well stocked with towels, extra linen and food condiments. Really good value for the money.

Well maintained, clean, & family friendly!
Absolutely delightful! The owners have done a fabulous job making this home warm and inviting! The home has a very comfortable layout/flow and tons of natural & artificial light. Lots of activities to keep our kids entertained and off of electronics. Our boys (ages 9 & 11) especially enjoyed the nostalgic coffee table wooden chess set (boards/pieces to switch to other games included), the shuffleboard table, and the basketball hoop in the enclosed backyard (no need to worry about the ball rolling into the street)!!! Also, the owner was very fast & helpful at responding to any/all of our inquiries! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Location, Location!!!
This property is located centrally of St. George. Very close to everything. The property managers are very friendly and respond to messages promptly. I was even called to make sure that I got in with no problems. Would definitely book again!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and everything works well. The hot tub is well maintained and clean (you never know what you’re getting with someone else’s tub). It wouldn’t turn on when we arrived, but this turned out to be something electrical that was very unlikely and completely unforeseeable. It had happened after the housekeeper had checked it but before we arrived. Donn had people over to take care of it the very next day while we were out and it was working when we returned in the evening. Before our stay I’d asked Donn whether there was a basketball to use with the hoop in the backyard, and she purchased two new ones before we arrived to replace the older ones. Great house, great host! Thanks!

24 hours prior to trip she canceled the trip and raised the rate. She said she usually gets more per weekend and we booked during COVID so the rate was low

The home is older but well equipped., even with a delightful hot spa. The owner was very cordial and checked in with us,. The only problem was there there were no spoons and multiple types of forks and knives. A simple recommendation is to buy some new silverware that matches.

Great Stay
On the day we travelled the length of Utah down to St. George a storm front happened to choose the same day to travel through Utah. After hours of having snow and sleet as near-constant companions it was nice to arrive in St. George and walk into a warm, inviting home. The home was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. WiFi can handle multiple devices at once. The kitchen made it possible to make most of our meals and save quite a bit versus eating out. The home is centrally located and just minutes away from many of St. George’s attractions. The host was great to work with and prompt with communication. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop, shuffleboard and assortment of games. They are already asking when we can go back!

This was a great little property. We stayed 3 nights. The house was clean and in great shape when we arrived. My kids loved the hot tub. Location was perfect close to shops and grocery stores. We will book this again for sure.
