Our homes are designed with a delicate balance in mind: the well-being of the surrounding wildlife and the comfort of our guests. New: During special occasions and holidays, we offer a train ride for all ages through our acres, where you can encounter dinosaurs, aliens, and pirates. It’s a fun adventure for the whole family.

It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an adventure. At night, the entire property is illuminated, offering fantastic photo opportunities. Each of our themed homes provides a unique experience of tranquility and relaxation.

A Little Frontier Review

We loved our time at Little Frontier. Ozzy and Robin were right on site for prompt and personalized service. The small touches and attention to detail were so appreciated. Our yard was private with nice seating,lighting,fire pit and gas grill. Some of the best features are the walking trails,seating areas,farm animals and train ride. It was a short drive to shops and restaurants. Nature and the city are all convenient to this location. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Tiki Villa

We had a very nice stay at Tiki Villa. The mobile unit was very clean and was plenty of space for 2 adults. Ozzy was extremely kind and helpful with any thing we needed. There was not a lot of businesses close to the property so you do have to travel a ways to get to “stuff”. But it served our purposes just fine.

We had the best time

We had the best time. Very clean home and had everything we needed for our stay plus some extras! Nature trail was our son’s favorite part he found something new every time we went on the trail. We will be back!

Amazing

Such an amazing host. Very quick to respond and hands off to allow such a relaxing experience. Worked well with me to extend and made everything flawless. The property is beautiful, relaxing and overall a home away from home with personalized touches. Will stay again in the future.

Happy Anniversary Accident

5th wedding anniversary we rented here with the hope it would be about half in-between what we had planned. Come to find out it was actually across the street from one of the planned events. Perfect happy accident. Communication was great, accommodations exceeded expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and will stay again.

The perfect place to enjoy your vacation. This is the second year we've stayed with Ozzy, and hopefully we'll be back next year. The Tiki Villa is very spacious and comfortable. They've anticipated everything we could have needed, everything is spotless; it really feels like home.

A little gem of a place!!!

Tiki Paradise was amazing! The description was perfect and so was our stay. Ozzy was there when we arrived and was such a wonderful host! A severe rain storm came through during our stay and knocked out the power - Ozzy came and told us about it and was completely understanding if we wanted a refund. We were going out for the night and Ozzy stuck to his promise and sent us a text when the power was back on. We also decided to extend our stay at Tiki Paradise and they were so accommodating. We will definitely share this little gem with our friends and family. Thank you for making our first trip to Dade City wonderful.

Awesome experience!

Ozzy was great. He was there when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. The accommodations were clean and included plenty of amenities. If we are Dade City in the future we will make sure to check in at the Tiki Retreat again.

Awesome place to stay with the best host ever!

My husband I visited Dade City for the Lights Fest, which was awesome! We stayed at the Tiki Villa and were very impressed with not only the tasteful accommodations and sparkling clean home, but all of the extra touches that Ozzy and Ashley provide. It makes this a top notch place to stay that we would highly recommend. We loved the area and will definately go back and stay with Ozzy and Ashley. Ozzy was very kind, quickly willing to help with the few questions we had and a genuinely wonderful host. We have stayed at many places through HomeAway and other online sites and this was by far our best experience yet. We were able to check out a few other homes on the property and were very impressed. Whichever you decide to stay in, you will not be disappointed. The only problem we had is that our stay was much too short! We are looking forward to our next visit so we can explore all that the area has to offer and look forward to seeing Ozzy again. We stopped for lunch at Kafe Kokopelli before leaving , it was close and we would highly recommend it, as the food and service were excellent. A big "Thank You" to Ozzy and Ashley for making our visit a very pleasant and memorable one. We greatly appreciate how you went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Fan-tiki hidden gem

Ozzy is a great host! The unit itself is like a geode — plain on the outside but a gem inside. Ok, a geode next to a tiki lanai. We didn’t take full advantage of the outside bbq and party area but can see it would be great for families wanting to entertain. The unit itself is very comfortable, with lots of amenities and considerate touches. We loved getting to know Dade City and I got the feeling Ozzy and his family are great advocates for their town’s cultural scene.
