That amazing feeling when you walk into an architect designed house built in the quirky shape of a hexagon. High cathedral ceilings and large picture windows that look out off the main bedroom verandah & beyond. A beautiful & modern 10m swimming pool with outdoor furniture to escape those city blues.

Wobbly Boot Estate is a stunning semi-rural retreat in the heart of the mid north coast NSW located 2 mins drive off the Pacific HWY - 20mins drive from local beaches & 50mins to Coffs Harbour & 55mins to Port Macquarie. A Hamptons style and luxurious 5 bedroom home, set on 2 picturesque acres attached to a working cattle farm with views of Yarrahappini Mountain from the comfort of the indoor fire.

We also have our own train station at Eungai with the XPT from Sydney and Brisbane stopping at our stop. It’s a 5 min walk from Wobbly boot estate to train station.

The beautifully renovated homestead can sleep up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms set across 2 levels.

The large country style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including brand new Delonghi 900m freestanding stove/oven, French door fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine.
The large superb lounge / dining area is complete with comfortable lounge and large 10 seat dining table and wood fire along with 86” smart TV. Also a separate living area upstairs.

The home is luxuriously yet comfortably furnished, has polished timber floors in main areas, top level & bedrooms with high timber ceilings throughout. There is a spacious outdoor undercover entertaining area which overlooks our amazing pool with gas BBQ and modern outdoor furniture. Our lovely in ground salt water pool set in landscaped grounds to enjoy during the warmer months

Truly unique
We loved the space in this marvellous house, and hope to be back in warmer months to enjoy the swimming pool! The fire was on to welcome us when we arrived on a wet winter afternoon, and that set the tone for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views of trees, paddocks and mountain in the distance from every window. My family enjoyed a few competitive games with the pool table too!

Beautiful getaway house
Luxury Country Property is a beautiful house to go away with family and friends. It’s very specious and comfortable. Plenty of beds and rooms for over 12 people. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the attic area. Definitely recommend this house for a getaway with family and friends.

Incredible property everything you need at your fingertips. The ambience amazing. Do as much or as little as you want. Hop in the car and drive to one of the many beaches or just chill in the pool or on the lounge watching the huge tv. Or playing pool or chilling on one of the many verandahs with a good book.

Perfect home for a large family getaway
What a fabulous home and property! Our family of 8 adults and 4 children, aged one to four years, spent three nights at this beautiful home. The house and grounds are fabulous, and even better than the photos on the website! The home is well stocked, there is plenty of space for everyone, and every bedroom has its own ensuite which is so good! We couldn’t have asked for more! The pool is amazing, and the water temperature was spot on! The new-looking outdoor covered deck was such a great space to come together as a family for meals and games, with such a gorgeous outlook to paddocks with cows and kangaroos galore. I was a bit concerned about no air conditioning, but it really wasn’t an issue at all due to the high ceilings and lots of windows allowing great air flow, and there are also plenty of fans provided. Our family all rate this property 10/10. We loved it!

You won’t want to leave!
Had the best weekend at the most stunning place I’ve ever stayed! Spent our annual friends weekend away here and we were kicking ourselves that we’d only booked for the weekend. The property is stunning! Super family friendly. We spent so much time talking about how we could live there forever. So many spaces to relax and unwind. Kaylee the host was so accommodating with such speedy replies to our enquires. It was beyond what we imagined, and while the pictures are gorgeous, it’s even more breath taking in person.

What a lovely relaxing stay at the great family holiday house at Eungai Rail. An open fire awaited us on our arrival, which was very cosy and warm for our stay in winter. There was plenty of room throughout the house for all ten adult members of our family. We had plenty of bathrooms, which was fantastic. Most bedrooms had ensuits and there was an additional shower and toilet on the bottom floor, which would be very handy for those wishing to use the pool and outdoor area. The property was very clean, was well maintained and had plenty of household needs. Thank you for a lovely stay !

Our family (3 adult kids, their partners, & our baby granddaughter), had an amazing stay at Wobbly Boot Estate. So much space & light! We loved the large, open plan living, but also that there were plenty of private places to retreat to. Beautiful pool area, gardens, enormous TV, amenities, not to mention the secret ‘Narnia’ wardrobe! Wow! Great communication with host prior to our stay & we had complete privacy while there. Would love to come back again!

Rural gem not too far from the coast
Loved the property’s rural location, surrounded by a lush green countryside, and only a 30min drive to South West Rocks. Good size bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms in each room was a treat and kids loved the massive pool. Perfect size for two families with kids 4-10 yrs old.

Unique and luxurious rural home with all the mod cons
My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful and luxurious rural property. Wobbly Boot is a unique octagonal home with a deep wrap around elevated balcony, cathedral ceiling, huge mezzanine level, buckets of space, salt water pool, luxurious fittings and every modern convenience. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Eungai Rail, nestled not far from the Pacific Highway between Kempsey, Southwest Rocks & Coffs Harbour on the NSW coast. This is a one-off property with no end of interesting architectural and internal design features. There are 5 queen beds with comfortable pillow choices and luxury linens, 2 singles and a child's bed, separated into 5 spaces. There are 4 bathrooms plus a 5th toilet in the laundry. Would suit a group of friends up to 12 strong, 4 couples with comfortable privacy, or an extended family group. Downstairs there are 2 queen-ensuites plus another queen ensuite with an adjoining twin room which can be separated or joined by opening the linking doors. I chose the twin room and enjoyed the bright and airy 'sleep-out' experience with the numerous doors and windows opened wide (but well screened) to the chorus of birdsong. Being a water baby I particularly enjoyed my own private steps down to the beautiful gardens for an early morning dip in the warmed saltwater lap pool. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a rental with a large stove and fridge and quality BBQ outside There is a giant TV suited to the enormous living space. There was absolutely nothing lacking in our stay and the owner was very helpful with detailed instructions and attention to detail. Highly recommended, cannot wait to return and experience this lovely property in all the seasons.

Our group of 10 family & friends stayed at ‘Wobbly Boot’ for 3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The rooms were well presented & the beds clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the wood fire place & had lots of fun playing the pool table! It’s a great place for a relaxing time away.

We had the most amazing time @ the Wobbly Boot Estate. The house accommodated my extended family where we had such a fantastic time celebrating Christmas but with the space for all to also enjoy the serenity of the location with out being crowded. We had ages ranging from 12-83 years old & everyone had an absolute blast. All the facilities in the house were modern & functional with so many extras. The beds were comfortable with quality linen & bath towels provided. The pool was sparkling clean & was well utilised by all. I could go on & on with positive comments as we had so much fun, with the beautiful Grassy Head beach only being a 10 min drive. Thank you Kaylee for all the added touches including a beautiful Christmas tree & decorations. We highly recommend The Wobbly boot Estate & would defiantly book again when the occasion arises. Excellent base to travel to the North Coast
I stayed here with my family of 10 - 7 adults, 2 young kids and one toddler. The kids loved playing in the pool and running around the house. Much appreciation for the Christmas decorations, which helped give the kids festive cheer this close to xmas. The space was large enough to have alone time if needed. I loved the location. It was very central to a lot of beaches and areas in the North Coast to do different day trips. The only feedback I'd leave to help educate any future guests is that the upstairs bedroom is a loft that is open to downstairs. Anyone who's noise sensitive or light conscious may find it difficult sleeping there. As with other reviews, the host is very responsive with any questions and concerns.

Host doesn't respect your privacy at all, they come anytime they like without informing the guest.
Really bad experience firstly host don't respect your privacy at all they come anytime they want to without informing guest. We were 6 people who were living at the property and this property is for upto 11 persons, anyways 2 of my friends who lives in neighborhood came to visit and they left same night, but probably owner was spying on us and sent extra bill for the guests who came to visit me. Host used disrespectful language. I felt disrespectful by the language host communicated. Host Called my friends "absolutely joke", I still have the conversation saved. Whatever the issue is host shouldn't be treating the guests disrespectfully.

Complete tranquility
After a very unusual year, my friends and I were in need of a much-needed break. We were looking for a good road trip and relaxing break and Wobbly Boot provided just that! Photos do not do the place justice. It had everything we needed and all the other extras we didn't even think we needed like the ice maker. The pool was thoroughly used and made 30 yr olds act like teenagers. The view from the sunroom bathroom is amazing but pretty much everywhere you look just provides calmness. We bought everything we needed prior to driving here as we wanted to take advantage of staying in the place for as much as we can. Thanks Kaylee for letting me know the place was still available for our dates - definitely provided us with a memorable experience. 😊

Excellent for Families
We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every bit of the property. Have nothing to complain about and would recommend for families looking for privacy and seclusion. Was close to everything we wanted to see. A very private property for away from the rush yet close to all things if required. Can easily accommodate for multiple families so thanks for a lovely stay.

It's not a luxury property as advertised ...there are safety concerns
Location, swimming pool and the nature surrounded by wallabies are fantastic. The house needs renovation and upgrade to achieve 'luxury property' image. The owner hasn't paying much attention on safety for the customers. The deck is rotten and any cracking sound walking over, makes you feel uncomfortable. We took a photo (12 of Us) on the deck and there were lots of jokes that We might end up into the pool. The main stairs from the carpark, made out of timber, were not structurally sound, if you walk in the middle of the stairs. My advice, if someone's carrying a suitcase, use the sides close to the balustrade. There are lots of signs of reminding everyone to safe precious water, but on other side, there is no dishwasher...doesn't make sense, if really someone is concerned about the environment.
