Best of all, it sits right on the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico and includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (seasonally provided). And that’s just one of this homes’ perks! It also features a recently remodeled outdoor community pool…..or just relax and share a meal on the large balcony. Crystal Villas is located in the highly desirable area of Crystal Beach and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses and attractions. Everthing was great. Lots of stairs , but we knew that up front. The bathrooms are dated, Other than that I would recommend this unit and would defintely stay again.

GREAT CONDO!!!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The location is fantastic, right on the beach!! The condo itself is well taken care of and very comfortable. The owners are great to work with, responding to emails and returning security deposit very quickly. If you're planning a trip to Destin, book this condo!! It was a great vacation!!

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!

Very peaceful

Unit was very clean and straightforward, good size and felt very open, good ocean view. Location was nice and smaller condominium sizes around meant the beach wasn't packed even during a relatively busy time. Pool was fine but pool community bathroom was a biohazard.

Beautiful condo right on beach

This condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The bed in master was so very comfortable you sink right into it. The private upstairs loft has a bedroom and another room with two twin beds. Very enjoyable stay at Destin with the beach right there. Good access to restaurants, grocery, shopping and everything you need. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wanted to Stay Much Longer

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been more perfect. Space, quiet, the balcony, the beach, perfect weather...we just wanted to stay forever. What a fabulous home for the week and Charlie is wonderful! We want to go back, and Crystal Villas in Destin is our new favorite vacation rental home.

Crystal Villas A-11

Very comfortable accommodations. This is an older unit but it has had some upgrades and replacements over the years. Had some trouble with the dishwasher although it looked like a fairly new unit. Some of the dishes, silverware and cookware items were not clean on arrival, which may have been due to the dishwasher problem. We also spent some time and elbow grease cleaning the cooktop surface. Kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking/food prep. Other than the kitchen problems we were pleased with the cleanliness. The linens were immaculate and the master king pillowtop bed was wonderful. Stack laundry unit was efficient and much appreciated. The balcony was our favorite spot and we enjoyed the tall chairs that gave us a great view of the beach, the water and especially the sunsets! The umbrella and beach chair service is a great perk and we used it almost everyday. Bottom line - we loved our stay here and hope to return!

Loved being right on the beach! Gorgeous!

Loved the condo., loved the view!!! All things we needed to cook and make drinks. 3rd bedroom no window very small, probably only for kids (we were 6 adults). All the codes to get into beach, pool were not listed at first, but newman was very responsive. Easy to walk to many places.

WONDERFUL VACATION!!!

Our family stayed in this very nice condo for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too! It is right on the beach so the view from the balcony is breathtaking! We like that it is a private beach so it doesn't get too crowded. We liked having the beach service included with the condo and bought a couple extra chairs and an umbrella for the week from the beach attendant. We went to Camille's twice for dinner. It is within walking distance and the food is very good! We plan to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us for the week!

Great location, internet is terrible

Location is perfect. Pool is nice. Internet is about as bad as can be. Unable to keep connected reliably for work where needed. Outside the internet being awful, the stay was a very good value. Also, Sarah and Newman-Dailey was a big help dealing with the Covid restrictions. Location is critical for me, and this delivered as I hoped. Not everything was perfect, but totally met my expectations.

BEAUTIFUL view and perfect for families.

My family of 8 and mother enjoyed our stay at Crystal Villas 11A condo. The beach was a beautiful treat but the it's really enjoyed the private pool. The space was inviting and accommodating with everything you need in a kitchen. Great that they have a washer and dryer. With our big family. Our only complaint was there was same in our bed the first night there and under the bed. We hadn't even been to the beach. Made me wonder if the sheets were clean or the maid took a nap. 😂 We aren't into complaining and it was our first family vacation ever. Either way we had a great time and the facility is so close to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome Vacation!

The condo was great. It was very well stocked with everything you might need. The pool was what you would expect, it was not spectacular, but was clean and was great for the kids when it was raining with it being indoors. The condo was the perfect location and was only steps away from the beach. It was also less than a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and a beach activity supply store. The convenience to the beach was the best part. The beach was also blocked off for a private beach so it was not crowded at all. It was also great having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella already set up when you were ready to go down to the beach. The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Charlie was great to work with and went over and above to get our reservation made on late notice. We would definitely rent this condo again, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had!

Had a wonderful time

The condo was as pictured. The check in and out process was very easy. Response to our Wifi issue was prompt. The view was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Just bring your spices. The only issues we had were that there were no elevators and we seen a cockroach twice. Not one of the big Florida one's, but normal household roaches. We over looked the bugs and just removed them because its Florida and in condos shared with other guests so we chalked it up to that. However, it did make me worry we might bring a little critter home. I would also suggest this condo for a family with children and not 6 adults due to loft bedroom and tiny twin size bedroom. All in all it served its purpose for us and we were happy with our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Good but not for the price

We rent a condo on the beach every spring break. This was the most expensive rental we’ve utilized and it wasn’t worth it. It was nice, but not for what we paid or where we have stayed in the past. The bathroom sink and the bathroom tub were clogged and didn’t drain well. The bathroom doorknob was broken and barely opened. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes. We ran it twice and nothing was clean. There is not a place for recyclables. The tile grout was strained and dirty. On a positive note, having 2 chairs and an umbrella everyday was awesome, the bedding was clean along with the majority of the condo. It was nice, but not compared to places we’ve stayed at before which were cheaper.

Great!

This was a great place to stay! Location was great, everything as described. We were impressed that when a hose sprung a leak at the station where you get the sand off, it was replaced the very next day! Impressive! The condo was very clean and well equipped. This didn't bother us, but the large guest room (not master) is basically a bonus room upstairs. The stairs open to it, and only a half wall looking out to the living area. The AC is a little loud and if people are watching tv both downstairs and upstairs, there is a bit of dueling sounds going on! There is not a door on both sides of the bathroom, so if you are in the large guest room and want privacy, you need to go into the small area where the toilet and shower are. Again, for us, not a big deal. The kids' room is very small but worked fine for our 8 and 10 year old. There is no real pantry, so I cleared out part of a cabinet and put food there. Also used the top of the fridge. Minor inconvenience. Overall a great experience and would come again.

Clean, cozy, and convenient condo

This was our second year staying in this condo during the month of February. You will find that this condo is clean, cozy, and convenient. The owner, Charlie, makes sure the condo is clean and well supplied with all your living needs. Charlie was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If we had anything that needed attention, Charlie made sure they were taken care of right away. The condo does not have the feel of a typical rental unit or cheap motel room. From the sofa and swivel chairs to the bed sheets and pillowcases, everything has a new, comfortable, cozy feel to it. The two loft bedrooms were perfect for the weeks when our family with kids stayed with us. The two grandboys loved having their own hideaway bedroom and one year we used the large loft closet as a 4th bedroom for our young granddaughter. We really like the size of the front loft bedroom with new carpeting, so we slept up there our 2nd year here. We prefer sleeping on the Gulf with the sliding door slightly cracked open so we can hear the sound of the waves. It was very convenient to the beach, the heated pool, the parking lot, and centrally located in the heart of Destin. Being the condo is located on Scenic Hwy 98, you do not have the business of the crazy, main thoroughfare Hwy 98, yet it’s only a few blocks to get onto. Having Scenic Hwy 98 out your back door made for great walking or biking sidewalks for miles without traffic concerns. Our favorite place to walk was to Happy Hour at ‘790 on the Gulf’. This is one of the nicest condos we have rented and would definitely rent from Charlie again. Thanks so much for making our winter get-away so enjoyable.
