About this property

Our welcoming townhouse has all of the comforts you need to stay and enjoy the natural beauty of the White Mountains. Great views of Loon Mountain and convenient location.

Private back entrance to foyer, 3 1/2 levels with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space, approximately 1700sq ft. Main level: open floor plan offering a well stocked kitchen, fireplace with firewood, balcony off dining area, breakfast bar, 3 couches for plenty of seating to relax, play games, or watch TV on flat screen. Step up to loft area: perfect for kids to play with stocked games, puzzles and a love seat. Step up again to master bedroom and master bath. Wake up to mountain views and breezes in the king sized sleigh bed, Master Bath: full bath with tub. From foyer on entrance level step down to 2 bedrooms, full bath and laundry. Bedroom 1: queen bed, Bedroom 2: bunk room 2 sets of bunk beds. Laundry: full sized washer and dryer. Bathroom: full bath with tub, plenty of towels for both baths.
*pets considered $150 fee per stay. *this unit does not have a pool membership

Loon mountain stay

We stayed here for the Highland Games festival. We were able to walk there from this property. It’s about a mile away and took us about 20 minutes. The property was very clean and had LOTS of space. Deanna responded to all my questions very quickly and let us check out a little later. Would definitely stay here again.

Most awesome place in the white mountains

This cozy condo is super family friendly with gorgeous views of loon mountain. Deanna is flexible, easygoing , always available and easy to communicate with. There's great privacy and space. We really enjoyed our stay in all ways!

great place.Pictures don't do it justice way bigger than it seems!!

great place no complaints owner was very nice and had open communication rental was very nice and clean and had lots of extra things like pots pans sugar just the little things that made it even better.Great hiking spots nearby !!

Fantastic condo - truly a home away from home!

It was our first trip to New Hampshire and I hope it wont be the last! This condo served as our home away from home. Accurate to its descriptions (if not better!) The accommodations were fantastic, we found it very clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the decor was warm and lovely, the cozy balcony has a gorgeous view, lots of space for the adults and children. Deanna was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will certainly recommend this condo to my family and friends and look forward to return soon.

Great place, especially for families

I think you need new pictures, the place was WAY nicer than the pictures showed. We thought we were renting an average place and were pleasantly surprised at the quality rental we ended up with! Beautiful home, tons of room for the kids, quiet location. The Mountain club pools were a little bit of a disappointment but the gym was great. It was our first time to the area and we will definitely be back! So much to do that we pledged to come back and finish the many things we didn't have time to get toMy only real knock was no air conditioning...very hot week up there! Deanna was a pleasure to deal with and she provided all the information you would want when brining your family to a new place. Overall fantastic place and very reasonably priced. We will rent this place again!

Clean, beautiful and Comfortable

The rental unit was very clean and perfectly appointed. It had everything we needed and then some! It was nice to find extras such as dish detergent, paper towels and coffee filters. There were other extras also. Beds were very comfortable and there are fans and nice ventilation that provided for cool breezes. The balcony had a beautiful view and was nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Lots of games for the family to enjoy. The Townhome is located a short drive to Loon and the town center. Great spot! We'll be back!!

Awesome find!

The condo was well maintained, comfortable & provided awesome views of Loon Mountain during peak foliage! The property was clean and equipped with all the amenities of home including soft, quality linens. Deanna, the owner was wonderful; making the reservation process simple and provided us with all the rental information quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate returning and recommending this property to travelers visiting this area.

Our NH Vacatiom

We just arrived home from our wonderful vacation we had in N.H. Your beautiful and conformable townhome added a lot to our enjoyment. We look forward to staying there next time we come up to N.H.
