The Cutest Little Bungalow In The Middle Of It All w AC

Historic victorian bungalow in the core of downtown, fun and comfortable (now with AC for hot summer days!). Around the corner from restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotsprings just over bridge. 3 blocks to one of the best hiking/biking trails. Easy access to the bike path to Aspen and Canyon.

The house doesn't have a lot of square feet, but it has everything you would want - fiber optic internet, Dish TV, washer/dryer, space for storing bikes/skis, a sunny deck and air conditioning. The furnishings are of the highest quality.

Tiny house

The property is located right in the heart of Glenwood Springs. Walking distance to everything. The city of Glenwood Springs offers free public transportation as well. The bungalow is very small, but cozy. The parking is very tight if you have a bigger vehicle. We had a F150 4x4 which was challenging to park. Overall, it was a nice place located in the perfect spot.

Glenwood love

We've been to Glenwood many times, and staying so close to downtown and the walk bridge over to the pool was fantastic. Having our own parking made everything easier. Hosts are wonderful!

Fun little bungalow!

Cute little property right near the center of Glenwood Springs. It was within walking distance of the train station and many restaurants. Not good for more than a few people but it is excellent for a small group.

The place itself was great. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy all that Glenwood is about. But was a bit noisy for me. I think there could have been more listed about what all was included-specifically. (I had to ask a lot of questions and ended up bringing more than I needed to) Unfortunately, the lack of information presented created an issue which required me to correct a financial mistake, which created a lot of stress. Found both VRBO and the host difficult to communicate with, although that improved when the host returned to the country. At times, I had wished I chose a Motel instead, but after staying there, I think this option just ended up being slightly better for my needs. I may stay again, but I really need to consider that neighborhood noise will prevent sleeping in.

Nice, cozy place to stay in downtown Glenwood Springs

We enjoyed this cute, cozy house in downtown. We were able to park and walk where we needed to go. The house is small, but everything we needed was there, down to a nice patio to watch the world go by. I thought it would be noisy, but it was really quite quiet. We would stay here again.

Cozy little house within walking distance to everything

This was a perfect little place for a nice weekend getaway. Close to everything downtown, with off street parking. Everything here is small, but it was perfect for our needs.

Great spot for hot springs getaway

This location was perfect, right on the edge of the main downtown streets with lots of restaurants in walking distance, close to hot springs and hiking trails. The bungalow had everything we needed and was ideal for a Glenwood Springs home-base.

Sweet vacation

Perfect location. Had everything you would need. Parking was great. Great to bring our little dog and have a place for him to stay while we were out and about. Will definitely stay again.

Glenwood Springs cottage

The property is ideally located, close to restaurants and shops and a short walk from the hot springs pool and some trailheads. There was a glitch with cleaning not having been done when we arrived, but that was remedied quickly to our satisfaction by the owner/property manager. The rooms in the unit have a novel configuration, but everything worked. We would stay here again.

Super cozy close to everything.

We had a great stay over 4th of July weekend. This is a great cozy place perfect for two people. We enjoyed our nights on the patio and loved how close to everything we were. If you stay here make sure to go across the street to the book store.

just ok

location is great to walk to shops/eatery/bar but not to the hot springs. way smaller then the picture appear, should cut the table in half and put a couple of small comfy chairs to sit. the porch was dirty and should probably keep the cushions inside when not being used they were soaked from the rain and dirty also. love the rain fall shower head but need to be a very short person to get a proper shower. not terrible but not fantastic either. thanks glenwood we will be back but will try somewhere different especially for the $$

Perfect Spot-Close to everything

We loved staying at this place. It was the perfect size for my husband, dog and myself. It’s the perfect location to the downtown area. Only one block to all the great restaurants and bars. The deck is really nice too. We sat outside a couple times in the sun and loved it. I would definitely recommend staying at the place if you don’t have more than two ppl.

Great place to stay. Close to everything in town.

Anna and I wanted to visit the hot-springs, from Oregon, be within walking distance of everything and have the comforts of home. We knew it was going to be good when we opened the door and were greeted with a well appointed, clean and fresh place. It is perfect for a couple on a get-a-way weekend or a week-long stay. We were able to walk to the restaurants, dinner theater and springs. The grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive away. The convenience of having your own parking spot cannot be overstated. The "Cutest Bungalow" delivered all the way around ... We highly recommend it. Anna and Sam
