Casa Prati Michelangelo is an elegant apartment, recently renovated in a beautiful, tree-lined street, near Piazza Cola di Rienzo at walking distance from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps), Castel Sant'Angelo.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Netflix is also available.
High ceilings and interiors design will add additional pleasure to your Roman staying.
The area is known also as a primary shopping & restaurants district and offer public transportation also including the subway stop "Lepanto" (A line).

The apartment includes: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room with kitchenette.

Air conditioning is available, as well as 2 TV sets.

The apartment is properly sanitized before any check-in. Hand sanitizer is also included.

Father and daughter weekend in Rome

An excellent place! Location is quiet yet short walk to all the action. Place is spotless and surroundings and building made us feel very safe. Andrea is the ultimate professional and attentive host. When back in Rome we will be back here.

Location, location, location!!!

What a gem! Location was perfect! We walked to everything! Even close enough to walk back and take a nap between tours. Andrea was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. Communication was instant! He even arranged an airport pick up! Perfect after a long flight! It was cozy and had everything we needed for 4 adults.. INCLUDING salt, pepper and oil & vinegar. Some places don’t include that. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful and VERY clean property!!

Neighborhood gem!

I do not consider this property to be “elegant”, as described on website. It is a bit tired and could use some upgrades. That being said, the apartment is IMMACULATELY CLEAN and located in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that we loved. My family and I stayed for 9 nights and walked to every major attraction without needing public transportation. The owner was very responsive to all communication and helped arrange car service to and from airport. This is an excellent location! without needing public transportation.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful in a wonderful safe location. Communication was great! Our only problem was hot water. I’m certain there probably isn’t much that can be done about it as the apartment is in a building build in the 1800. Overall we had a wonderful Rome vacation with a beautiful home to stay in every night!

Wonderful Home Base for Exploring Prati & All of Rome

The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic. Everything you could possibly need in under a 10-minute walk. Lepanto metro stop just a few minutes walk - we used the subway a lot...Quick walk over the ponte and you arrive in Piazza del Popolo, the northern gate of Rome's centro storico. Apartment itself is well-appointed. Andrea was a very gracious and professional host. He organized transport to and from FCO, and was very helpful overall. We can recommend this apartment categorically...:)

Rome Review

This property is just as listed and quite beautiful! It is conveniently located to excellent neighborhood restaurants. We found it very walkable to the sights of Rome, but you have to enjoy walking because I would not say it’s close to them. Andrea was a fantastic and responsive host, who let us drop our bags off early so we didn’t have to lug them around or store them. He also made transportation arrangements for us to get to the airport, which was a great help! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect unit with the convenience of points of interest proximity and comforts of home. Excellent shops and restaurants/cafes mere steps away. We stayed here before a cruise. Andrea was phenomenal!! Transfers pre-arranged by him made for a calm vacation!

The perfect place!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and we loved the location (an easy walk to downtown) and also close to other amenities (restaurants, stores). The decor of the property is beautiful. The host was very helpful, taking us through the property upon our arrival as well as arranging for transportation. The washer/dryer is a little tricky to figure out, but follow the directions and do small loads and it is fine. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!

Prati perfection

This apartment in a charming building just across the Tiber from Piazza del Popolo was ideal for three of us. We were allowed early entry to drop off our luggage as the cleaners finished up, giving us time to grab lunch and return for a nap leaving us ready to experience all that the neighborhood had to offer. The location made it easy to walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Trastevere, and the Vatican, among others.

One bed and bathroom downstairs and one bed and bathroom upstairs. Andrea is very communicative and helpful. AC downstairs works great, upstairs is warmer but tolerable with fan and AC in the kitchen. Good neighborhood, close to subway.

Great stay

Everything was as advertised. Andrea communicated very well and answered all of our questions. We were early (3 hours) for check in and Andrea allowed us in early. We were met by Nikoo who answered all of our questions. The location of the unit was perfect. It was just across The river from city center away from the tourist madness. Yet within walking distance of most of the sights. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect spot in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would gladly stay again next time we visit Rome. The location is wonderful, on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were very comfortable (family of four) and Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful, even helping me to figure out timing for a work commitment. He also arranged a ride from the airport which was seamless. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend this property!

Excellent apartment in wonderful location!

This rental is a gem of a place to stay when in Rome! It is close to everything - shopping, historical sites, and the Vatican City. We loved our time both in and out of the apartment. Andrea was a wonderful host! He ensured we had all transports that we needed, provided us with local support, and directed us to fun things to do in the city. I highly recommend renting this unit!
