Casa Prati Michelangelo is an elegant apartment, recently renovated in a beautiful, tree-lined street, near Piazza Cola di Rienzo at walking distance from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps), Castel Sant'Angelo.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Netflix is also available.
High ceilings and interiors design will add additional pleasure to your Roman staying.
The area is known also as a primary shopping & restaurants district and offer public transportation also including the subway stop "Lepanto" (A line).

Rome getaway for Arizonans

This was our second year in a row traveling to Europe. Last year we made the mistake of staying in hotels. They were funky and overall not great. A friend of our recommended we use VRBO this time around. VRBO is a game changer. Our apartment in Rome was spectacular. It was better than the pictures. It was a two bedroom apartment with all the modern amenities. It was located within walking distance to all the biggest attractions. Our host Andreas was very helpful. He arranged transport to and from the airport and he told us all about our beautiful neighborhood. On top of all that, our VRBO cost less than the so-called luxury hotel we stayed in last year. I would highly recommend this option for anyone visiting Rome.

Family trip to Rome

Great neighborhood location not right in central Rome but within walking distance to most places. Andrea was a great host. he helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport and was very responsive to questions before we arrived. I wouldn’t plan on doing laundry there unless you’re familiar with European washers/dryers. He left instructions for us but it was complicated.

Great location-very central

My wife and in stayed in this charming apartment for one week. The location is very central and its a short ride to all the major attractions, or a nice walk if you are ambitious enough. We attended for the Rome Open and so it was a 10 minute uber ride to the Stadium. Similarly about 10 minute ride to the major sites on the other side of the bridge also. It was spring so we walked most places. In the summer you would melt but in the spring no issues walking everywhere. Andrea organized airport pick up and drop off and met as at the apartment for check-in. Smooth and easy. The apartment is a main floor master, tiny kitchen and small living room with a bathroom and a loft bedroom with another full bathroom and laundry. It is an old building (no surprise) so the apartment is older, but nicely appointed and very comfortable. We have no complaints and recommend.

Gorgeous property with 2 very separate living areas for 2 couples. Immaculate and the neighborhood is so quaint and close to a lot. We were met at the door and given a quick tour and directions to whatever we asked. Absolutely loved it!!!!!

Great Location

Andrea was a wonderful host. The place is located in a very charming neighborhood that is very close to the Vatican and Spanish Steps. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing to be aware of is it’s near a busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise during the day, but it was fine during the night.

Fabulous and conveniently located in Rome!!

This was a very nice place to stay for the few days we were there. Andrea was very helpful in getting transportation for us, as well as make recommendations as needed. He's a great host. The home is centrally located within walking distance for many of the sites. There is a metro train that runs and a busy street that is somewhat noisy at night but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay while in Rome! We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay! In lovely quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! There can be some noise from the road but it is not horrible. Communication with the host was speedy, efficient and easy! Andrea was super helpful in all matters! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

This is a great place to stay in Rome. Walking distance from the Vatican and if you are young (Im 55) walking distance to any of the other sights as well. The host was great and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport.

Perfect place to explore rome

From booking to departure everything ran like clockwork. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Great location for exploring the best sites in Rome. It was only 3 nights for us all but managed to see all of the highlights. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Awesome place, a more awesome host!

We visited Rome for the week to visit our daughter who is studying abroad this semester. The apartment and location is great, but better yet was working with Andrea to not only secure and confirm the rental, but to also answer questions and schedule transportation. By far our best host with Vrbo, both in the US and in Europe!

Absolutely no complaints

My wife and I, together with a good friend, had a great stay at Andrea’s apartment. The location was very convenient - close to useful public transport (Metro and bus) but only 15-20 minutes walk to the historic centre. Andrea organised transport for us from Fiumencino airport and was at the apartment to meet us and show us the necessaries. Communication with him was always friendly and efficient and the apartment soon felt like home from home. We’d happily go back.

Perfect apartment away from the mayhem of Rome

Andrea checked us in and was very helpful to arrange transport to/from the airport. The apartment was clean and fully prepared for our stay. Everything just worked including the WI-FI and appliances. Beautifully decorated apartment the 2nd bedroom/bath/laundry was perfect to handle all our needs. Everything you wanted or needed is in walking distance – Supermarket 1-block, restaurants, shopping and salons all just a few blocks away. Across the street is a walking path along the river which is very scenic. This all in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a short walk to the Vatican or St. Angelo’s castle. Thank you Andrea, see you next year!

Awesome Host, Clean Apartment, Good Location

1st, Andrea, the host is awesome. He helped arranged the airport pick up and return. Which, I'd highly recommended. It makes life much easier/smoother. The apartment is cute. Clean. Good location. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, vatican, caffe vaticano and other cafes. Longer walk to other major sites or quick, affordable cab rides. The apartment has 2 bedrrom and 2 bathrooms. One bed/bath is upstairs. Things to note:(not in a bad way, just an FYI) primarily for Americans: remember to bring outlet converters. We also went and bought better/softer toliet paper at the grocery. Haha. There is a washer/dryer. However, it's for tiny loads and you basically have to hang dry everything. Totally fine, just plan ahead. This combo machine isn't like what were used to here. Beautiful building. Good location. Excellent host. Id absolutely stay here again.

Lovely apt in central Rome.

Beautiful apt with lovely mezzanine bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient and the washer dryer was so helpful as we had a baby with us! Andrea was extremely prompt responding to any inquiries I had. I would definitely book this apt again!
