An incredible house, super spacious (620 m2), beautifully decorated and cozy. In a private park of 12. 000m2 plus 20. 000m2 of virgin forest. Spectacular rustic garden, 2 small private lakes and a runner that crosses the entire property. Natural pool and stunning view!
You will not want to leave there anytime soon!
The house is fully equipped for holidays: barbecue, rustic pool, wood oven, pizza oven and fireplace will surely make your stay unforgettable!
With its 4 suites, the house offers the best of relaxation and comfort in a quiet environment 4.5km. approx. 20 minutes from the center of Campos do Jordão (Capivari).
In addition to the facilities described above, there is also room for a large number of cars on the property, a large additional room on the floor with sofa bed, a maid's room and a separate annexe with another suite if required.
Crystal water from both springs on the property throughout the house, including showers and faucets, plus the rustic pool.
