You can leave luggage after 10 30am,checkin is after 3pm.
after checkout,you can leave luggage until 14pm.
I started airbnb on June 2013.
almost furnitures are new buy.

1.If lost or brake house items and any trouble, I request repair charge through airbnb support.
If lost key, price is 8000yen. because its need stuff charge and special type key price.
Please entry insurance of trouble.
2.At the back of house.there is train line.
little bit have train sound. but no problem for sleep.
because train is slowly speed.
