What a sweet cozy lake house right on pretty Lake Wylie! The sunsets are amazing along with peace and tranquility. Excellent walking paths and a short drive to markets etc. I will be back !
This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, the beach is a real gem and the views are wonderful. We stayed at The Pearl for Christmas 2024 and it was really great. Would strongly suggest for a couple or small family looking for a comfyt get-away on the water close, but not too close, to Charlotte.
staying at “ the Pearl “ exceeded our expectations as far as years of booking, quiet, beautiful getaway at a cozy cottage on Lake Wylie, North Carolina!!!
Georgia, the property manager was the best communicator and truly was available for any questions or concerns with our stay. Talk about a beautiful view! It was the best. We are looking forward to a future stay during warmer weather sooner than later!
Loved this little cottage! Right on the lake. Sand beach.
Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfy king-size bed and good hot shower. The sunsets were beautiful.
Looking forward to future visits in warmer weather!
Thank you, Georgia!
Very neat 2 bedroom cabin with nicely stocked kitchen. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner out on the screened in porch and it was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.
This is a fabulous cabin with all the amenities needed for a lake retreat. The host is spectacular, very communicative and the house is a gem. Looking forward to coming back.
We came up to The Pearl for a long weekend over Fall Break and had the best time. The cottage is the perfect lake house and the large property and beach were great for my 2 boys ages 10 & 11. We can't wait to come back and make this an annual adventure for our fanily.
The house was exactly what we wanted for our long weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and the beach/dock area was wonderful! The bunk beds in one room would be better off for kids, but we made it work! Overall very enjoyable trip!
Just love this cottage on the lake. This is our second time coming here, and already planning our next one. Perfect location . Secluded, yet close to everything. The back porch is perfect. We are every meal out there and watched storms roll through. We played for HOURS in the lake. We will be back !
We loved the lake experience that this cottage offered. The lake was clean and the water was warm. Having the pontoon boat rental at the property was fantastic, and a lot of fun. The property manager Georgia was awesome, easy to work with, and readily available. My kids keep asking when we get to go back to Lake Wylie!
We love the location on and off the lake, everything is easy to get to. We fished a lot from dock and had a Great time , my son caught his biggest catfish ever that week , almost 40lbs. Everyone was so easy to work with and helped in any way they could
This is our second stay and we loved it this time just as much as the first. The hot tub, hammock, and kayaks are so much fun. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. We jumped off the dock in the day and fished for catfish at night. The sandy beach area is perfect for kids. We also brought our dog who may even loved the stay more than we did. The property was clean and as pictured. This is one of our favorite lake front properties.
Georgia and her crew were very responsive to our few needs, and the administrative process was great. The location is perfect for a wide range of ages and docking the boat there was seamless. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware that was in good condition. The towels were luxurious and all was clean. Thanks for a great couple of weeks.
Great location on the lake. The beach area was nice to have as it was in the 90's all week. Rented the Pontoon for a few days which was great for exploring the lake and stopping for dinner.
The area was very nice and private, cute kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Cutely decorated. But the front screened in porch was our favorite. Plus the air conditioner works well as a needed plus . Georgia was always pleasant when responding.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pearl. Georgia was a fantastic communicator. Check in process was easy, cottage was just how we expected, yet even cuter! So much to enjoy! Hot tub, hammock, kayaks, canoes, fire pit, and screened in porch were a few of our favorites. King bed was very comfortable. Very private! We will most definitely be back!
Loved the cottage. Our favorite parts were the screened porch, the natural light in the kitchen and main room, the hot tub and the dock. My only small critique is that the beach area could use some attention. The listing should also make it more clear that the three adjoining cottages basically share one beach.
Some furniture was not as pictured. Beach and dock was great.

First thing you notice is the view of the lake, it was beautiful.
The house was very cute, rustic. My family loves this style of house. It is definitely an updated 1940’s home.
We came in on Easter holiday so I think it was a little hectic.
The beach was awesome. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. The neighbors were very nice.
There was a stray dog hanging around the backyard but he was pretty friendly.
