A game room with arcade games, pinball machine, a pool table and a home like theater with a 50 inch LED.

Outdoors fun with a secluded back deck with a Weber grill and fire pit. More fun in the sun with a 20 x 45 saltwater pool, and regulation sand volleyball court and a regulation sized Pickleball Court, and a screened in porch great for relaxing.

Plenty of parking! Walking distance to Ponquogue bridge & beach, you can walk, bike or drive there.

Restaurants along dune road. A restaurant and a bar/club right down the road.

Fantastic house for group of friends!

Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!

An absolute Wonderland

From the moment the 8 adults and 7 children entered the property our jaws dropped. The house and grounds screamed FUN and RELAXATION! the game room, eating room that resembled a fiftys diner with jute box, pool, sand filled volleyball court all welcomed us with open arms. We stayed for four gloriuos nights in 10 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The location is superb and we left totally rejuvenated.

Super fun house for family!

We had such an awesome time at this house. The pool, beach volleyball court, arcade/movie theater, and diner are awesome features…nobody was ever bored and the only time we left was to go to the beach! Perfect for a family reunion with kids and adults of all ages!

Hampton Bays Beach House July 2022

We enjoyed meeting Damian and Jasmine who gave us a tour of the property and provided the history behind this old convent. I'll emphasize "old" as there is wear and tear that detracts from the experience, however everyone had loads of fun. Spacious kitchen (refrigerator/freezer to die for), pool area with outside shower, game room (some not functioning at 100%), and bar/eating area were the highlights.

short and sweet getaway

We loved the pool, volleyball court, basketball hoop, the game room. Fire pit, covered porch, and the kitchen. We had a very enjoyable getaway. The 1 and only downside was house and beds need an upgrade. The beach was close walking distance. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Bikes were available for our use. The host was very helpful.

Great Experience

My group of friends and I had pretty high expectations of the property based on the pictures and surprisingly it exceeded our expectations! Incredibly spacious and clean. Between beach volleyball, basketball, the fire pit and lawn games there was never a dull moment. The game room was a big hit and the “diner” was a great hangout spot. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Damian made the process really easy and ensured my friends and I could pack light and have fun since most amenities were supplied by the house. Overall great experience and we are already talking about booking it again soon!!

Great for a family Vacation!

We stayed here on a family vacation and had a great time! The house was perfect for a large group and the kids loved being able to play in the pool and in the game room. Damian was also really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip!

Perfect place for big gatherings

What a super fun place for a family gathering. Awesome pool, nice outdoor deck with gas BBQ, great game room, big kitchen along with a huge dining area. The place was quite spacious. In addition, the rooms all had AC and were able to accomodate a large family reunion. Would recommend this place for large groups, particularly those with kids who want a place to stay where they can feel comfortable.

A house that has everything plus more

This house was amazing. Perfect for any large get together. The house is in walking distance to the beach yet nobody wanted to leave the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and floats for the pool plus there was a sand volleyball court! Inside was just as great. It had a large game room with everyone’s favorite vintage arcade games. Inside there was also a large bar and plenty of diner like seating with a jukebox . And for anyone that likes a little bit of nightlife on their vacation , there was an awesome bar just 2 blocks away. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!

AMAZING VACATION!!!

This house is unreal! It has everything you could possibly need for a good time on vacation. The game room has so much to offer it's like your own personal arcade! The pool is massive and is awesome for relaxing! If you feel like leaving the house, and you won't, there are fun bars within walking distance. You should absolutely stay here. I had a blast!

Wow!

What an awesome place! Spent the weekend there with some friends and it couldn't have been better. This house (it's not fair to call it a house - it's like 3 houses in one) had it all: huge pool, volleyball court, giant yard and it even had a game room. Close to the beach and plenty of great spots to eat, drink, dance and have a great time. If you have a large group, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for a large group -

This house was amazing for a big group! We spent our days hanging out by the pool and there was more than enough space to swim, lay in the sun and BBQ. The inside bar area has a juke box, an ice machine and a separate large fridge for drinks which made for a good party at night! The owner was also really easy to work with and responded quickly to all of my question.... I would definitely recommend this house for a large group.

Perfect House in the hamptons

I've had the pleasure to stay in this house summer 2015 and summer 2016 once for a bachlorette party and the other to celebrate the life of one of my dearest friends Both times it was amazing the kitchen fully stock with what ever cooking need you may have including Barbecue utensils , the Ice Machine may be the best thing ever because it kept the bar fully stock and there was no need to run to the store for ice there is a kitchen refrigerator and and a coke and water refrigerator wich work marvoulesly the game room is great ping pong billards pacman galaga and so much more the pool is great and it's saltwater there is a ramp if your handycapped easily accesible you can have 25 people in the house and still have your own space walking distance to great breakfast spot and bar too loved it :-) can't wait to go back :-) very close to the beach to see the sunrise :-)

Unbelievable find!

I haven't been back out in the Hamptons since 2002. My family had always heard me rave on about the great times we had every weekend. So we decided to have a family reunion out there. We looked a lot of places but none of them had everything we were looking for until we came upon this house (through a recommendation of a bartender). WOW!!!! It had everything and more for the 25 of us. Great backyard, huge pool, tons of bed space, nice size screen porch and a game room that included a pool table, air hockey, pinball machine, ping pong table, large screen tv w/ theater seats and even more arcade games. The kids spent most of the time in this room. Us adults split our time between the pool area and the bar. Yes, the house has a bar with diner booth seats. Crazy! We had so much fun last week that we already secured it for Halloween and a week next summer. This was the true definition of a beach house. The actually beach is less than 1 mile away, right over the bridge. The house is also located in a great area. Across the street is an awesome fish market with a connected restaurant.

what a great house to bring a family!!!!

what a great house to bring a family!!!! stayed here with a 8 adults and9 kids and had a ball pool was great and its super close to the beach at night kids had fun in the game room while the adults hung out on the screened in porch plenty of room to have even a bigger group then mine everything was super clean and worked they even have a bar and a jukebox but byob!!!! can't say enough about this place!!! definitely coming back next year

Great choice for big groups!

Overall we were very happy with this house - it was the perfect choice for our group (20+ colleagues & friends). It sleeps a ton of people and has plenty of living space (actually 12 bedrooms, not 10) and there is a lot to do on the property itself: barbecue & deck, big swimming pool, volleyball court, lots of grass, not to mention an entire game room inside the house! It's also a really short drive (<5 minutes) to the beach. There's even a solid bar just a short walk down the road. I'd definitely recommend this house if you're booking for a big, young group.
