This condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, front to back! Amazing views of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Living Room, and back patio! This property is a beach lovers dream! Ramsgate 2 sleeps 2. 1 Queen size bed. Saturday to Saturday rental.

This property is just east of Seagrove Beach and west of Camp Creek, "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give this one bedroom condominium an overall rating of 9 out of 10. It is oceanfront. You literally walk out the door and down the walkway to the beach. We absolutely love the location!!! We have been coming to the area for about 30 years now and this is by far our favorite spot for two people. Only nine units total in the complex, so it is very quiet. We visited mid June this year, and the beach was not crowded at all. If I was being very picky, I would recommend some new pans, a cookie sheet and a new mattress. The management company Harmony was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Quick to answer questions. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful beach front property which was not crowded at all since it had private beach access and no large properties close to it. The only negative was having to go down 3 flights of steps to get to the beach which was not a big deal for us but may be for some. The view from our bottom floor room was beautiful.

This 1st floor unit has super easy access to beach, great bedding and shower. Property mgmt/host very responsive and made checkin process easy. Kitchen well stocked (utensils and pans need to be replaced). Would reserve again and recommend.

Perfect beach get away

Reviewer Comments: Great location but floors were very dirty, lots of dead and live bugs sliding doors were hard to open and close,we couldn’t set outside because of ants on patio chairs in pictures have cheap covers on them now shower selector was loose and fell off could be a very nice place with some maintenance and cleaning I was very disappointing but the location the weather and water conditions were great so we didn’t spend much time inside

One morning we woke up to a double rainbow right in front of our place and in the evenings, we walked the quiet beach. There were many things to do in the nearby area which were quaint, for example, Rosemary Beach area and so much more to explore the next time we come. Perfect Beach Getaway
Ramsgate 2 was absolutely perfect! We could walk out of the back door and right down to the beach. Close to tons of great restaurants! I don't think I'll ever want to stay anywhere else now. The beach wasn't overcrowded like my experience in other locations. This spot was just the right size for us!

My husband and I spent weekend get away for our anniversary here. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Only steps from beach. Publix right around the corner! We definitely will be back. Only thing I wish they would have had was extra blanket and wash clothes.

Sea life is very visible on walks along the beach shore! Very cool place to relax and enjoy the beach and sunshine! 1 out of ten- a 10 plus!

Awesome place right at the beach!
We really enjoyed our getaway at Ramsgate. Great location, steps from the beach, and perfectly situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately by the maintenance team. The only minor issue is that the bed is super soft... some people don't like that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the entire condo smelled like cooked onions. It was sickening. The tv in the living room, the microwave, and the ice maker did not work. The bathroom smelled like mildew because of the washer and and the base boards had mildew on them and the faucet on the vanity leaked. The filter in the dryer was clogged. It was so full, it would not dry my first load of clothes. I finally figured out where the filter was which was rusted, and cleaned it. Some things in the condo have been remodeled but the cabinets and stack washer and dryer are old.The location is fabulous. I would not rent it again because of all of the maintenance issues.For the money, they could should have paid more attention to the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Ramsgate #2. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all that we needed. The staff at Harmony Beach Vacations was very attentive. We had an issue with the small under the counter fridge in the kitchen. I texted and got a response with a solution immediately. On our last night, our keypad wasn’t working- it was late, but again we got an immediate response and solution. I cannot say enough about how friendly and efficient the staff was from booking to check out and in between. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs. We stepped out to the patio and right on to the deck that leads to the beach. The bed was comfy, the shower was AMAZING and furnishings all very comfortable. One of the kitchen stools needs the screws tightened up. There is construction going on next door that we were not aware of - very loud construction. The dishes and decor rattled and there was absolutely no napping during the heat of the day with the noise going on next door. That is the only negative thing we experienced. Looking forward to visiting again!

35th wedding anniversary trip
From the minute we walked in to begin our vacation to the minute we closed the door to leave our experience was perfect. The place was nicely decorated and had every item that we needed. The bed was shockingly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had lots of storage and countertop space. The kitchen was open and airy and looked out onto the beach! The location is the BEST and Harmony House (management company) responded immediately with answers to my questions. We will be back next year for sure.
