Seaside Serenity is a brand new, contemporary luxury seaside home. Modern in looks and stunning in style. Two levels of luxury is all yours to enjoy with gorgeous views of The Bluff and Encounter Bay.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the entry level with Queen size beds. Also on this level is a bathroom, laundry and informal lounge area which opens up to the spacious backyard and entertaining area. Nice views of The Bluff can be seen from the back outdoor decking areas.
The Master bedroom is on level 2 with its own private balcony overlooking the hills side of Encounter Bay. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, WIR and luxury Ensuite. Also on this second level is the huge open plan living and entertaining areas with balcony views of The Bluff and the beautiful blue waters. A gourmet kitchen is all yours to cook up a storm and entertain friends.

I have travelled quite extensively through Asia and Europe but with so many amazing places still to see in Europe, Europe is my go to place every year. I work full time in Advertising and Marketing and I like to keep fit at the gym.
Why they chose this property
Perfect in Summer or Winter as each season is unique. In Summer you can enjoy the beach and fishing within a 5 minute walk from the house and great outdoor entertaining areas in both levels of the house. In Winter you can enjoy the views and sounds of the waves crashing nearby, it's truly relaxing and peaceful falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the beach.
