Quiet, detached recently restored old house in the historic center of Noto (Siracusa), full of light, 7 minutes from the cathedral. The house is on two levels.
Very comfortable for 4 persons. 2 large bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, living room, 1 balcony and a very beautiful large terrace
with flowers all year around.
Free parking in front of the house. Air conditioning, heating for winter and TV.
7 km from beautiful and clean beaches, transparent water, near small baroque towns, 40 minutes from Siracusa, 50 min from Catania, famous cuisine and patisserie.

BELLISSIMA CASA A DUE PASSI DAL CENTRO

La Casa è molto bella ristrutturata molto bene con un ottimo gusto, a due passi dal centro ma nel silenzio assoluto. Nota negativa la Pulizia, devo dire che non è il massimo, consiglio alla signora Elena di avvalersi di qualcun altro per effettuare le pulizie. Altro Consiglio, mettere un letto nella seconda camera al secondo piano, il divano letto è molto scomodo.

Nothing fancy, just perfect! Well located, generous, well-equipped rooms, lovely terrace. This is the house you would want to own if you had a house in Noto.

Ordentliche, solide Ferienunterkunft

Wir haben zu zweit in der Zeit von Mitte Dezember 2018 bis Mitte Januar 2019 4 Wochen im Haus von Elena Aga Rossi verbracht. Die Vorverhandlungen mit Elena waren unkompliziert und fanden in einer lockeren, freundlichen Atmosphäre statt. Vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir umfangreiche Informationen die alle Fragen beantworteten. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von Noto, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus durch die engen Gassen von Noto und die Parkmöglichkeiten für unser Auto waren zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es ist aber alles immer gut gelaufen, es gibt auch einen gut erreichbaren Parkplatz wenige 100m vom Haus entfernt. Das alte Haus selber ist tip top saniert und mit allen modernen technischen Ausrüstungen (Gas Zentralheizung, Klima in allen Räumen, Thermopanefenster, ordentliche Warmwasser Versorgung) ausgestattet, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage verfügt über ein ausziehbares Sofa und hat ein ziemliches kleines Bad. Das Wlan funktionierte sehr gut, deutsche Fernsehprogramme konnten nicht empfangen werden, das Wlan reichte aber meistens aus um deutsche Programme zur Verfügung zu haben. Die große Terrasse haben wir leider nicht zum Sonnen nutzen können, obwohl das Wetter sehr schön war mußten wir feststellen, das die Bebauung und die Ausstattung der Häuser ehe dafür ausgelegt sind, vor der Sonne zu schützen als zum Sonnen. Zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit ist die Terrasse bestimmt perfekt. Von Noto aus konnten wir Siracusa, Taormina, das Ätna Gebiet, Modica , Ragusa, viele Strände und Naturparks erreichen. Die Landschaft um Noto hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben einige sehr schöne Radtouren und Wanderung unternommen. Wer eine Ferienunterkunft sucht um den Südosten Siziliens zu bereisen ist in dieser Unterkunft sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank Elena für die sehr herzliche, verbindliche und freundliche Betreuung.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage: nah am Zentrum und doch ruhig.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz fürs Auto war immer am Haus. Die Informationen der Vermieterin waren gut und es gab viele Tipps und Infos.

Magnifique maison de ville à Noto

Très jolie maison, dans la vieille ville (attention rues étroites !), très propre et très calme, avec une terrasse extrêmement agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Propriétaire très présente par mail, et qui nous a donné mille indications sur la ville, à qui recourir en cas de problème, etc. Noto est une ville splendide, et d'où l'on rejoint rapidement d'autres centres d'intérêt touristiques, notamment Syracuse. Nous y avons séjourné au mois de décembre et nous recommandons fortement cette maison, et cette période !

Perfetta

Casa molto comoda e ben posizionata, vicina al corso principale ma lontana dal caos. La proprietà, rinnovata da poco, offre ampi spazi interni totalmente climatizzati e una piacevole terrazza abbellita da numerose piante. La Signora Elena è disponibile e premurosa, ma allo stesso tempo discreta. Consigliatissima!
