Due to the recent virus outbreak, we are making every effort with cleaning and disinfecting our units to try and keep our guests comfortable. The unit is equipped with stainless steel new appliances , quartz counter tops, and marble in both baths & tile floors throughout . This unit is the closest to the pool and beside the tennis courts. Handicapped parking outside your door if needed. Enjoy WiFi , nationwide calling and slim line TV's with cable in this newly updated unit. Tennis, playground ,pools & hot tubs on site you won't be disappointed. The Shorewalk is conveniently located to Publix & Aldi grocery stores the cinema, CVS, Outback and Applebees to name a few all within walking distance. The beaches are only 10 min drive away to the beautiful gulf coast of Florida offering numerous choices on Anna Marie Island, it's a matter of preference. Located in close proximity to IMG tennis academy. There are numerous things to do, too many to mention, lots of restaurants, shopping, marina's and more.

Rules governing use of Shorewalk Palms Association Facilities
The Shorewalk Palms Condominium complex is a place where owners and guests benefit from
first class facilities in a peaceful, friendly and enjoyable environment. Shorewalk promotes a wholesome and safe environment catering to active seniors and families. Accordingly, use of facilities is limited to those who comply with the following rules:
Noise or disturbance The Association enforces the City of Bradenton Noise Ordinance which prohibits sounds greater than 65 decibels between 10 PM and 7 AM (normal conversation ranges between 50 and 60 decibels).
Violation of the Noise Ordinance could result in a visit by the Police Department.
Alcohol is prohibited Alcohol is prohibited at all recreational facilities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis, etc. except for the designated area outside the deck doors to the right of the clubhouse front desk.
Use of facilities The following is prohibited: jumping or diving into the pools, entering the pools or hot tubs fully clothed, throwing things in or into the pool, or using inflated toys in the pools.
The BBQ grills and all recreational facilities, except the pools, require pre-registration at the clubhouse.
Only guests that have pre-registered are allowed to use these facilities.
Any damages created by violation of these rules will be assessed to the owner/renter of the condo.
Association passes Anyone using the recreational facilities (regardless of age) must have in their possession a valid Association use pass. Only individuals carrying such passes are permitted to use Association facilities. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the facility.
Pet Policy Dogs are not allowed on the property except those that have been pre-approved by the Association as comfort or service animals prior to arrival. Any animal not pre-approved must be removed from the property immediately – failure to remove the animal will result in a fine of $100 for each day the dog remains on the property.
Parking on Property Parking commercial vehicles, trailers or recreational vehicles such as boats, jet skis, etc. is prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in the vehicle being immediately towed.
Condo occupancy is limited to 6 individuals. Should it be found that more than 6 people are
overnighting in any condo unit a fine of $100 for each nightly violation will be issued.
Feeding of wildlife is prohibited.
