Fully equipped kitchen/ laundry room and a gas fireplace. Balcony overlooking the ocean is a perfect spot to sit and admire the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and our charming town. Private parking and an elevator add to the convenience of this location. The property was modern , clean, had all the amenities we needed except foil. (We just forgot to bring). The beds, pillows, towels were amazing. The view was priceless. So glad we came across this jewel of A property. Even the cleaner was thoughtful and engaging!!

A quick get away.
We had all the various types of weather. We snow, hail and all the various kinds of rain, then a sunset. The view from the condo was perfect for all of this. Everything was within walking distance.

I cannot say enough great things about this property! First off, the view was the best part. If you feel like i do, there is no point going to the beach unless you stay somewhere with an ocean view... and this place has a beautiful one! It's centrally located, just a few short blocks from all the action in downtown and you can see the turn around from the balcony. The condo was very roomy and the beach theme was perfect. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! We stay at the beach several times a year and can't wait to go back. This is now our favorite place to stay!

This third-floor condo has three large windows that look out over the Prom and to the ocean. The position of the windows is such you never see your neighbors, so it feels secluded.Nicely maintained and matches the photos and description.

We spent a long weekend with our two toddlers. The location was excellent and we were able to just load the kids in the stroller and go into town. The view was unbeatable, and we loved sitting on the balcony after putting the kids down. The condo was well stocked and clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with, with very clear directions for your stay. The WiFi worked excellent, even though it was Hood to Coast weekend, which we really appreciated. I would stay here again.

Spring Break 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Promenade Condos in Seaside! This is our third spring break stay and we love the convenience and amenities. We hope to return many times including this coming summer with our children and their families!

Great Spring Break Getaway
This is our second time staying in the Promenade Condos in Seaside, Oregon, and it was wonderful! So good, in fact, we booked a stay in July with our grandkids. The location is spectacular and the condo was clean and well cared for. We hope to return next spring as well!
