Perfect for couples &/or small families. Tastefully decorated and very clean. New King bed in bedroom with all new linens, blankets and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen/ laundry room and a gas fireplace. Balcony overlooking the ocean is a perfect spot to sit and admire the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and our charming town. Perfect Vrbo Experience

My wife and I had never done a Vrbo rental before and this one was a great first experience! The location was great with the condo facing the Promenade and having a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was also close to all of the shops and restaurants, which was a plus. A prior review had complained about the bed but the mattress has since been replaced and we slept like a dream. There was a dedicated (numbered) parking spot for each condo in the building so that you didn't have to search for an open place to park. The unit had virtually everything we needed to be comfortable, including a dedicated WIFI for that unit. During our stay we had a couple of questions and communicated with the management via Vrbo messaging. Their responses were very quick and we appreciated that. Seaside is our "happy place" and we plan on returning to this property!

Absolutely wonderful in every way but one

We loved this condo. It was very spacious and clean and had the most amazing view of the beach. It was a block away from downtown Seaside. The fireplace was nice, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Both bathrooms were clean and full sized. The only complaint is the King sized bed. While it looked nice and was the size we wanted, the mattress itself was not comfortable. It was way too soft and had impressions in it where people normally sleep. As a result my neck and my husband's back were extremely sore after three nights sleeping on it. We treated ourselves to a nice stay at this condo and for the price we paid, you really should have a nicer bed. Also, the outdoor foot wash did not work. Other than that, we loved our stay there. We would stay here again if they upgraded the bed

Spring Break 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Promenade Condos in Seaside! This is our third spring break stay and we love the convenience and amenities. We hope to return many times including this coming summer with our children and their families!

Short Weekend for Basketball Tournament

My son and I were in Seaside for a basketball tournament. Many hotels were all booked up. We reserved this condo and had a great time. Very nice place to have a bit more room than a hotel/inn to relax during downtime. Place was very up to date and well maintained. Very comfortable and great location.

Awesome stay

We had a blast at this property! Beautiful view and was very clean. Having two bathrooms was amazing. Location is unbeatable. Can’t wait to go back. It’ll be our top pick when we go back to Seaside.

Great location and ok condo

Great location on the Prom. Condo was good. Could be better with a king bed. Also needs to upgrade furniture in living room and dining room. Kitchen could add some more useful items. And larger tv in living room.

Great Location, clean

The condo was in a great location, able to open the blinds and watch the sunset on the beach. Was well maintained and clean. Wish there were more dishes to utilize as we had to run the dish washer quite frequently as there weren't many plates/coffee cups to use. There is also a pull out a couch that wasn't in the listing so I had brought an air mattress. Two bathroom that had plenty of towels. Nice living area for the family to hang out. Side note, I had a one year old child with me and the windows needed to be open as there was no AC. The windows open from the bottom so keeping them open was a little of a safety hazard.

Perfect for families and couples, great location

The condo was clean and full of amenities, and the view to the promenade and beach can’t be beaten. This property was perfect for our family of four; the pull out couch and living room became the kids play area (ages 3 and 7), we were able to easily walk down to the beach for bike rides, exploring, campfires, hikes, and then come back and pop on the fireplace or fill up the whirlpool tub to warm up. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Spring Break Getaway

This is our second time staying in the Promenade Condos in Seaside, Oregon, and it was wonderful! So good, in fact, we booked a stay in July with our grandkids. The location is spectacular and the condo was clean and well cared for. We hope to return next spring as well!

Promenade condo

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean, it’s next to the promenade for walking and close to restaurants. The amenities were as described so you can fix your meals if desired. It was a great getaway and I give it a thumbs up recommendation.

Condo was in good condition and location in Seaside was perfect along with truly ocean front. One thing I would recommend is changing the mattress cover. Felt and sounded like rubber under the pillow top and made the bed uncomfortable. Did not get a good night's sleep because of that. Actually, if updating the bed, I would recommend a king size if possible. Getting a good night's sleep is important to us when deciding to make reservations.

Nice spot in Seaside

Like this location in Seaside. Easy walking access to the promenade and beach as well as shops and restaurants in town. Didn't use the car for the whole stay. Great views of beach and related activities.

Fabulous, relaxing time at Seaside

We spent 3 nights here and this oceanfront condo was picture perfect. The condo was spacious and extremely comfortable. All of the amenities of home! The view of the Pacific was beautiful, especially at sunset. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops, an added bonus!
