Our Unit 5 is a Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story apartment.

*The sleeping arrangements consist of two queen-size beds, one in each bedroom. Downstairs includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.*

Time: Check-in is available from 4 pm onwards.

Access: You will receive a unique access code to the keyless entry system within 24 hours before your check-in date.

Parking: On-site, open parking spots are available for each unit. Street parking is available as well.

Transportation: There are various transportation options available. These include public transportation such as buses and light rail, as well as ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Additionally, there may be bike rental stations or walking paths nearby for those who prefer to explore the area on foot or by bike.

Check-Out Instructions:

Time: Check-out is strictly by 10 am. Late check out subject to $100 USD.
Dishes: Please wash any used dishes and once dried, put them away.
Towels: Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
Beds: Simply leave used beds unmade (no need to strip the beds).
Furniture: Return any rearranged furniture to their original location.
Remotes: Place remotes next to their respective TV.
Power Off: Turn off all appliances, lights, and AC.
Trash: Cleaners will remove the trash to the blue bin unless you prefer to.
Windows & Doors: Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
Don’t Forget: All your belongings and text us when you’re checked out.
Key: Ensure the property is locked and if applicable, return any lockbox keys.

Please be informed that we do not have staff available 24/7 for cleaning, room service, or maintenance. However, if convenience, privacy, and comfort are top priorities for your stay, we invite you to book with us.

We are located in an up-and-coming area, on the edge of one of the funkiest and coolest areas of Phoenix called Roosevelt Row. Roosevelt Row was named a 2015 Great Place in America by the American Planning Association. You can walk to so many different attractions. This area is still a little bit gritty and a lot artsy with many smaller businesses run by urban hipsters and long-standing non-corporate mom-and-pop operations. If you are looking for something suburban and uniform this location may not suit you. If you are looking for character we have lots of it! Some things you will find nearby: art galleries, grassroots coffee shops that have sidewalk gardens with organic veggies growing and bees out back, antique stores, movie theaters, and cool restaurants.

Please be aware that our property is located alongside a public alleyway/driveway. If you are not accustomed to or comfortable with this urban environment, you may want to consider alternative lodging.

Despite our efforts in pest control, certain factors, such as feral cats, are beyond our control. Please note that refunds will not be provided for these reasons, so please consider this before making a reservation. Just what we needed

Our stay was as advertised. Close to the convention and down town. Reasonable priced, quiet and clean. there are quality restaurants and coffee places two blocks away. Nothing spectacular, but well worth the fees.

Infested with fleas add other bugs! Property owner would but respond to calls or text. VRBO no help!

Could not stay there only in building for for a half hour and many flea bites on whole family! VRBO would not help. Owner would neither help nor refund. Had to contest charged on credit card. Worst renting experience ever!

Perfect for our family of 5

This was the perfect space for our family. The two bedrooms are a good size, as is the kitchen (though I don't cook on vacation). The downstairs was small, but well laid out. The location was great, right on the edge of Downtown so it was quieter but we were able to walk to the Science Center and Children's Museum. It was minutes from the freeway, so very convenient for when we drive to Tempe or Scottsdale for activities. A few things needed updated or repaired, but overall it was a great value compared to a hotel room. And it was clean, it even smelled good when I first opened the front door.

Good price but neglected

The only saving grace of this property was that the pricing was appropriate for the neighborhood and it was close to the convention center. However, we were disappointed with the service. There were many issues with the property being neglected including; missing or burned out lights, broken window, broken blinds, only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, other promised items not available, laundry room door would not close (safety issue), carpets and furniture were dirty, chair leg broken, sink disposer smelly and broken (at least my husband could fix that), etc. The first or second day we reached out to the manager to get some bulbs and inform her of the issues. She was slow to respond and then didn't follow up on her promise to have light bulbs brought by (they also expected us to fix the issues ourselves). I own a vacation rental myself, so I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but by the end of the stay, I was pretty disillusioned. The pictures just don't match the actual property. I don't downgrade them on the neighborhood as they price it accordingly, but visitors should know that it is a sketchy area before booking. I think it would be fine for a guy or a few young people, but I didn't feel comfortable with my toddler, Mother in Law, and baby being there. Overall, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't stay there. I would just pay the higher fees for a better rental. I would only recommend this for someone really looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

Super convenient

This was a great location - walking distance to a lot of options. So nice to have 2 baths, both with great water pressure, tall shower spigots, and never ran out of hot water with 4 of us showering each morning.

Nice and clean.

First impression, judging from outside it might scare you away... once you walk in, it is a nice, clean, and very comfortable house. Location was perfect for the event we were there for. A/C worked great, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were definitely a plus. Well stocked. Better than staying in a hotel. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and convenient.

Interior very nice - great location, exterior underwhelming

We had a great time staying here. Though first impressions when we arrived was that the outdoor space was only ok, we quickly got over it by having a beer at neighbor Mother Bunch Brewing! There was tons to do nearby and the house was generally very nice - no amenities were lacking for us. No TV for those that need it, but we weren't there to watch the tube. Generally we thought a good deal for the price. Thanks!

Interesting Location

Comfortable, convenient, unexpected. Loved the apartment and other buildings on site. Was a bit dubious of the neighborhood at first sight. It is at edge of redevelopment, but it turned out to be very quiet and safe feeling. I took long walks most mornings. You are right downtown, so there is an ASUS Campus, the Covention Center, Chase Field, other sports venues, Heritage Square, movie theater, etc. within walking distance. Many great restaurants nearby. Cari-Lee and Teri were thoughtful and responsive. Easy to jump on and off the freeway for our day trips, we liked being in the middle rather than on the eastside or westside of Phoenix. Very close to airport. Wish it had television, but Netflix is available. With the limited outdoor space I wouldn't recommend to families with young children. Two couples would find it very comfortable, if sharing. My husband said it was a winner.

Great Phoenix Experience

I would highly recommend this rental. I had 2 employees stay here for over a week while they worked a show at the Convention Center. It was in walking distance to the Convention Center so no rental car was needed. Cari-Lee and her team were probably the best, most helpful landlords I have dealt with on VRBO! One employee actually showed up a day before checkin on New Years day! Cari-Lee was so understanding and went out of her way on a holiday to help us out, which is more than I could have ever ask for. The deposit was returned promptly after their departure. I will defiantly use their rentals for future shows in the PHX area.
