Romantic wooden cottage, recently renovated (2018) in traditional style while being modernly equipped, with a green garden, gazebo, stone grill, and an outdoor hydromassage pool.

This wooden house along with its surroundings is a perfect escape from everyday busy life. Surrounded by forest and natural beauties, yet within easy reach of the city and all the amenities, you can enjoy all the comforts you have at your disposal.

Hidden within the untouched nature, full of details, the wooden cottage was built 30 years ago giving it a special charm, autochthonous and the necessary rusticity.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen, a sleeping area with a king size bed, and a hallway with a separate bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two beds together with additional space that can be used for socializing and/or extra beds.

The outer area has about 600m2 and consists of three parts. The first '' smaller '' part is separated by interwoven tree-forming arch, consisting of a barbecue, a wine barrel table, bar stools, and a sunshade. The second "central" part consists of a gazebo with a large table with two benches, an auxiliary table and an outer cabinet that contains everything needed for eating meals. In the vicinity of the gazebo, there is an outdoor toilet as well as a small shed where you can store your belongings. The third part offers a traditional stone grill/barbecue for preparing meals, and a wonderful large hydro-massage pool for relaxation and massage while providing perfect peace and complete privacy.

In addition to the cottage itself, its surroundings and the peace it provides, the following facilities are available:
- a large outdoor hydromassage pool for six persons (consists of two lying seats and four regular seats, equipped with a total of 71 nozzles with included 22 air nozzles along with 18 powerful rotating precision jets for a superior massage like no other and maximum relaxation)

Perfekter Sommerurlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll . Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und ruhig gelegen . Bis zur stadt ist es nicht weit und es gibt dort so viele wunderschöne orte zu sehen . Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit . Man hat sich rund um wohl gefühlt.

Superschöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern
Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund und haben relativ kurzfristig unseren Sommerurlaub hier gebucht. Der Gastgeber und sein Bruder sind sehr freundlich und sprechen hervorragend Englisch. Während unseres Urlaubs waren sie stets für uns erreichbar und haben uns auch sehr viele Tips für alle Themen in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner wie auf den Bilder dargestellt. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb eines kleinen Dorfes und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus selbst ist innen buchstäblich größer als außen und bietet genug Komfort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Im Obergeschoß gibt es zwei Betten für die Kinder und eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Spielfläche. Es sind sowohl im Obergeschoß als auch im Untergeschoß Klimaanlagen installiert, die den Aufenthalt auch bei warmen Außentemperaturen angenehm machen. Das Grundstück selbst ist komplett eingezäunt und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail aufgebaut. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ein besonderes Highlight ist sicherlich der Whirlpool, der mit vielfältigen Massagedüsen und einer eigenen Heizung ausgestattet ist. Der Aufenthalt ist durch das weitläufige Grundstück und die vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie dem Pool und der ruhigen Lage so entspannt, dass man eigentlich gar nicht weggehen möchte. Im ca. 20min entfernten Rijeka gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Wer gerne etwas am Strand spazieren geht, der wird in Opatija mit einer sehr schönen und langen Strandpromenade fündig.
