Home is located on 6 acres with its own private entry and provides a secluded, private & serene atmosphere surrounded by large ranches and farms . There are two outdoor patio areas giving you great areas to relax and perfect spots to enjoy a glass of local wine, hammock included! The garage also serves as a game room with ping-pong, Foosball, Croquet & Bean Bag Toss. There are 2 bedrooms and two sofa sleepers, one in the living room and one in the family room. If you’re looking for a private getaway centrally located in the Santa Ynez valley, this is it. Sleeps 6 and has air conditioning.

I'm an avid cyclist, runner, hiker food and wine lover, all great reasons to live in or visit the Santa Ynez Valley.
Why they chose this property
The guest home is secluded as it sets amongst many trees and provides lots of privacy . Each of the surrounding properties are on a minimum of 5 acres. I bought the property in 2000 and had the guest home and main house built in 2002. There's also an organic farm in front of the property with fruits and vegetables for purchase on the honor system year round.
What makes this property unique
This is a very lovely and well-maintained home perfect for couple's, friends or family getaways/social distancing. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, there's an outdoor BBQ, all helpful in managing the vacation budget.
Enjoy the open space for kids to run around, game room with Foosball and Ping Pong, and the private setting. The property also has an RV hook up and a 4,000 square-foot dog run.
