Great place to stay for a sort stop over or for a longer stay with the whole family. Located in quiet family friendly street with front and rear gardens. Great ocean views with the famous Mandurah sunsets over the coast. You can relax in the gazebo in back yard on them warm summer nights or warm and cozy in the lounge in winter. Only 2 km from the world famous Mandurah forshore with great hospitality. The property is 1 km from great beaches and shopping centres. The property is equipped with everything needed for your stay from kitchen to the small details of a massage chair to relaxation. 3 bed rooms- room 1 has 1 queen size bed with wardrobes. Room 2 has another queen size bed and room 3 has 2 single beds.

Mandurah has a lot to offer travelers with dolphin boat cruises- jet ski hire- fun park for the kids. Beautiful coast town only a hours drive from Perth cbd.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Need full length Mirror. Not enough dishwashing soap. No PowerPoints in the rooms for charging phones However loved the place and will come back again.

We were 6 ladies who went down for a dart weekend the stay was very relaxing knowing we had a nice place to come back too the sleeping arrangements were just devine matresses were very soft and comfortable over all great

Staff were very disappointed with state of accommodation. Gail didn't receive feedback well which is disappointing after years booking this house. "Cant please everyone" Wont be rebooking for next year.

Good location but backyard needs some much needed attention. Patio area dirty and full off cobwebs. Top cupboard above microwave has split honey over the shelf. Fridge and washing machine were leaking.

easy to access but there was drug paraphernalia in a cupboard, no tea bags, no carving knife and we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. Very basic accommodation.

Disappointing

Oh dear, I'm afraid not a good overnight stay. Positives were comfortable beds with clean linen, but unfortunately we could find little else. Check-in started with no reply on key location via Stayz website. On our arrival I finally made contact with the host, who appeared not to be expecting us, with the property largely unprepared. Used soaps, tea towel, dishcloths, floors unswept, one plug for kitchen and bathroom, dining and coffee tables with dust and food residue, coffee container on bench with hardened coffee in bottom. We had planned to cook a full breakfast in the morning, but the frypan and other utensils were totally unsuitable. We also had to wash cups, glassware and cutlery before using for drinks. The property has been sadly neglected, and the host (while friendly enough), appeared overworked. Sorry for this poor review, but perhaps this will help to be more organised in future, maybe recruiting extra staff given the busy school holiday period.

This was fine for the budget and location. Lots of long black hairs found in the shower. Also, more than 1 wine glass and 2 towels needed if you're advertising for 6 people. Large shelving unit in the main living room not bolted to wall so could easily fall on child if pulled. Could not find any cleaning supplies to do dishes or clean up spills etc. However, Gail was pleasant and prompt to respond, check in was easy.

Comfy Stay

Beds and lounge room were very comfortable. Basics were missing, some pans, milk, handwash would have been great. It is an older property in need of quite a bit of TLC but was comfortable and for one night, worked great. Not sure I could have cooked a meal there, but this did not apply to us.

Worse stay ever! NEVER AGAIN!!!

That house was a nightamare full of safety hazard i don't know were to start. - 2 empty double kitchen cupbopard in the kitchen area, not screwed on the wall, as soon as my 6yrs old daughter tryed to open the door, the full cupboard fell over my daughter and knocked her down on the floor. I lifted the cupboard and found my daughter frightened full of bruises and complaint of headache after been knocked down on the tiles. I was lucky the doors were plexi and not glass. I had to rush my her to hospital and when i called the owner to let her know and ask her to come and remove the dangerous cupboard she just hanged off on me. After i came back rom hospital at 6pm, we founded other full safety hazard: - Double glass coffee table with the double glass not fixed to the foot, balancing when applying weight, extremely dangerous with children. The fire place was not found in working order, the condut was completely rusted and the button on/off to bring hair was completely stock not moving. - The slidding window in the dinning room was stock not sliding and no lock on it left with whole. _ The house was disgusting with cocraoch around and there were no pan and 1 saucepan for 1 person. this house should not be rented.
